I got immediate resolution to a software glitch. All software has glitches when it's released. This was small but was immediately corrected. I have been learning formidable on my own for a long time, and now that I'm competent in its use I can't believe how amazing it is.

Been using Formidable for 8 years & it's great. I have only needed Tech support a few times, but having a license & access to helpdesk tech support makes a huge difference if you get stuck. Quick responses. Only needed support a few times but the helpdesk person always helps me get unstuck. This time Toyin provided a helpful video & his replies were accurate & assisted in me identifying the problem with my form. Keep it up Formidable Forms.

I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service rep Kolahn at Formidable Forms! I recently reached out with a complex issue, and he went above and beyond to assist me.
