I consider myself blessed to have found Form Health. The support and encouragement I receive from the doctors, dietitians and customer service is excellent! When I feel like giving up they keep me going. I am finally feeling good and losing weight. I know I will reach my desired weight after all these years of trying!

Form has helped me so much with loosing weight on that I never thought I could get rid of,now I'm so much healthier with so much more energy. It's not a cookie cutter program ever plan is made just for you and your body. I love how I can message my doctor or dietitian and they get right back to you quickly no matter the question.

I have always struggled with my weight. I tried all the diets you hear on TV and was able to lose pounds and was happy of the results, but as soon as I stopped, the pounds were coming back with a vengeance. I was introduced to Form Health and of course tried it. I can’t call this program a diet as it’s different from all the other programs. You have your assigned nutritionist and having a meeting with a medical doctor every month. You are being monitored by them and receive helpful advice at all time because you send them the picture of the meals you eat throughout the day. Based on that you receive messages on their platform and adjust your meals accordingly. After few weeks you notice not only you are not hungry but your attitude toward food has changed. I lost 17 pounds in two months and it’s going down. I know once I stop with this program, i will be able to manage my weight because I’m not dieting but living my life with new attitude toward food.
