Very responsive and helpful

The doctors and nutritionists are all very friendly and knowledgeable about weight loss and the struggles you may encounter along the way. I love the virtual appointments and quick responses I receive when messaging.

It is more convenient and friendly than going to your doctor but you will pay a high monthly premium for that benefit. Their monthly costs are not very upfront. The wording leads you to believe it may be covered by insurance. That is not accurate, that is just referring to the doctor visits which are separate costs. The good part is the doctors can send your prescription to LillyDirect to help you save money if your insurance doesn’t cover the cost of Zepbound (and you are okay with syringe injections instead of the injector pen). The other services are pretty run of the mill offering you the same advice with a quick Google search.

The dietician I see has been phenomenal! She listens and gives guidance. She never makes you feel like you failed if you cheat on the diet or like you can’t make a real change for yourself. She also provided great resources for recipe inspiration and nutritional guidance! She has even taken the time to answer weird questions I have had in between appointments. For the first time I am doing well and loosing weight in a healthy way!

Form has made it simple for me to go on my journey for a better me! The staff is always available and so helpful. I have enjoyed my experience so far!

I have nothing but great things to say. From my doctor to my registered dietician to my support contact, everyone is so responsive and supportive. It's really like having your own care team on speed dial. Many resources to choose from depending on your own journey and there is never any pressure. I love Form Healthy and my care team!!!
