Hi Jasmine, Form Health is a virtual medical weight loss clinic where every patient is paired with an expert Care Team that is led by an American Board of Obesity Medicine Physician and includes an Registered Dietitian. Our goal is to provide a comprehensive evidence-based treatment plan that includes nutrition, physical activity, behavioral support and FDA-approved medications, if appropriate. I feel the doctor and nutritionist are really good at making you feel like a person and not just a number/patient. I feel this could be difficult being online. While doing this they are still able to give good advice and sound medical information.

With the team care provided by Dr. Florencia Halperin and Becca S., my body, health and life have favorably transformed. I wouldn't be surprised if they care as much about MY wellbeing as I do!
