Avid shopper here who only leaves positive reviews but I have never been more disappointed by the quality of a brand. Even H&M does better. Absolutely not worth the price. Such a shame because items are quite unique with cute patterns.

I bought the Snowflake Sequin Maxi Dress for over $600 it is the cheapest construction and fabric, absolutely appalling. The cut of the top of the dress is completely different than in the photos, such poor practice

I would make sure to allot 3-4 weeks for the shipping to get to you. Their shipping policy says "2-5 business days" for the order to ship, it's been 7. Better yet, customer service said it would ship in the next 5-10 business days. Genuinely ridiculous that you have to pay 10 dollars for this awful shipping. I would purchase elsewhere quite frankly.

Tried making a purchase for $210, then when checking out it was converted to £210 as I'm in the UK instead of the corresponding £170 based on conversion rates, that's just stealing money.

Cute stuff but takes an eternity to receive the package. 2 weeks is absurd from the time you order to actually having it in your hands. Based on that I will no longer order from them.

I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent order. I purchased a lingerie set, but unfortunately, the top was too large. I followed the return instructions and sent the top back for an exchange. After receiving confirmation that they had received my return, I was informed that the replacement top is no longer available. A week after I returned it. This is incredibly frustrating, especially considering the set was designed to be worn together.

I used to enjoy For Love & Lemons and I've bought quite a few things from them but their sizing isn't inclusive and even though they do have bigger sizes the cups are essentially the same size throughout so if you have a bigger chest you're out of luck. Also noticed that in their branding and social media campaigns, they rarely if ever use average or plus-size models and instead stick to using skinny models who don't represent the wider population of women. Also, speaking of social media, in their latest IG collaboration they also used a model who has a history of r@cist and homophobic behavior. I tried to bring it to their attention, since who they platform and what they stand for really does matter, but all of my emails and comments since have either been ignored or deleted. Their response indicates that they don't care about their customers, their audience or doing the right thing. Horrible Customer Service. Most of their clothes are also produced in and come from China so they're way overpriced and the price is not worth the quality you get.
