Due to the 4th of July holiday my food came a couple days late. When I called to find out what was going on I spoke to Jude who put my mind at ease. He told me exactly what time my food was expected to arrive that day & sent me a tracking link. Even though the delivery was late, I appreciate a quick response to my concerns.

Lenny was great. Otherwise your company sucks, I get delayed and spoiled deliveries, no communication and an overall horrible experience. Not Lenny’s fault but whoever is in charge sucks. If I don’t get a refund I will ensure no one I know buys from this company

Besides my meal choices being tasty, I am quite pleased with Forkful's personalized customer service. I spoke with Mia, who was helpful and friendly. I needed to redo my ordering schedule and Mia took care of it for me. It's nice to speak to someone knowledgeable and eager to help.
