Order was not delivered on the day that website indicated. When it was delivered the next day, it was warm and rhe ice packs were not cold. I called and no one called back. My husband called and it took two days to be told we would get a credit. I am still waiting for the email to confirm. Instead I receiced a request for a review. Worse meal plan ever.

Late, trash delivered, costly for rodent attractant. Not for human consumption. Great way to poison someone. I had better food in c rations. Sue forkfulmeals .

What a terrible company. I live in Sweden and never subscribe me for news mail but receive many many spam mails. Try to unsubscribe me but that does not work. Send mails to info@forkfulmeals but that don´t work eather even I never get any response.

When I received the food the gel packs were punctured and spilled out all over the product and the food wasn’t cold so I had to throw it away because of safety concerns I received email that same morning to schedule the next shipment so I was going to cancel the subscription but the email stated that it had to be canceled the day before the email was sent to me I called customer service and couldn’t hear the representative because so much background noise I was charged another $88 for something that I didn’t approve This is a sorry excuse for a business

The meals are delicious and there are many great recipes. They are comparable to other meal services and have no seed oils. Customer service is really helpful and responsive. Mia returned my call today and helped me resolve a shipping issue right away. Update 7/22: my most recent shipment arrived at 60 degrees fahrenheit a day late. Avoid.

On 6/24/26, I received 2 weeks' worth of food on the same day, which made one order 8 days late and the other 1 day late. Both orders were room temperature and had to be thrown away. I emailed customer "service" demanding a refund and cancellation of my subscription. I received a reply email that said they were looking into it with their delivery partners. Today, 7/8/26, I came home to find 2 more room temperature orders at my door. The two orders in June were left in the package room of my apartment property.

This company has all sorts of hidden policies. I was told I would get 50% of my first week and be able to select my next weeks after that. The 2nd week gets charged a week before it is sent. I can't change it. So I have been charged $200.18 for 12 meals. Almost $20/meal which were supposed to be 50% off. I phoned them as soon as I saw the email about the 2nd week delivery and no one answered. I contacted them through chat. so I cancelled after getting royally ripped off by Forkful Meals.

I ordered a Forkful meal plan and was excited to try it. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. The first meal’s cheeseburger after cooking was completely saturated in a pool of liquid, making it inedible—I had to throw it away. The second meal was even worse: I had to microwave it three times the recommended time, and it was still cold in the middle. These meals are supposed to be quick, easy, and convenient, but the quality has been poor and the value for the price is disappointing. Overall, a big letdown and huge waste of money.
