Horrible company. I placed and cancelled an order on the same day last week. Thought nothing more of it. It showed up today on my porch. I do not want the food so I offered to send it back. Forkful refused and said they would not issue a refund. Please don't order from this crap company.

I should have read more reviews before ordering but it sounded good. And to be honest, the food we ate was good. But the macros are totally false. Then there are the delivery and customer service issues. Who ships fresh food thru UPS in the summer??? No offense to UPS but they don't have air conditioned trucks, or at least not where I live. Most companies use FedEx. The first box that wasn't very cold, I let them know, but I thought they were probably ok to eat. Thankfully we didn't get sick. But they didn't seem to care that the ice packs were melted. The next box came and my temp gun said 85 degrees for the meals and the ice packs. The plastic was bubbled, the meals were cooked. They all went to the trash. I took photos abs emailed them to the company. That box also came on Wednesday instead of Tuesday so I had already gotten charged for the next one. No response from email so I called on Friday. The lady, whose first language was not English, asked me to resend the photos to her email. Then she would escalate it to the billing department. She then said she can't refund the next week or stop the delivery. I told her if it shows up I will refuse the delivery. It's their fault I was unable to cancel it myself. Had I gotten my bid on Tuesday, my guaranteed delivery day, I could have stopped the next order myself. She also said she canceled my account. Today I found that to be false and I had to cancel it myself online. I would assume that means I won't be getting a refund either. I have disputed the charges with my bank.

The food was terrible. Veggies were gray and overcooked and oily. Cuts of meat were hard and grizzly. Taste was terrible. Cancelled the second week, and they still charged my credit card for $145 and will not issue a refund. Terrible company. Now I have to go through my credit card company to dispute the charge.

I only give 1 start because I can’t give 0 !!!. I am a new client and I can’t try the food, is all fermented every meal looks like a balloon ice pack is totally melted the bag coming to a different time and is super hot outside. the customer service company number hang out my 6 calls!!!! ;no matter what option you pick they just hang out on you, never calling back or do any explanation they just ignoring you !!! .I feels like I was scamming so sad 😞. They just still my money and is sad to know is a probably a nice group a people with the dream to create a successful company but don’t have good team with them !!! . If don’t create the Trust your company don’t go anywhere !!!!!!

I ordered Forkful for one week to start off. I got an intro offer and I figured why not. I filled out their survey and then placed the order for my first 12 meals. (Feeding 2 people for 1 week). I skipped the 2nd weeks delivery so I could make sure we even liked the food. The 2nd week got shipped anyway and I was charged $200. I reached out to Forkful and they said - well you didn't cancel so too bad. The next order was 20 MEALS. Including fish, BBQ sauced foods and meals that list "NO ALLERGENS" on the label- when there is IN FACT allergens in the dish (there is yellow rice- not jasmie in the burrito bowl and there is avacado that is unlisted. The salsa is also unlisted. The orange chickens "stir fry veggies- doesn't list onions or cabbage but both are in there.) The food labels and descriptions are completely inaccurate. Don't waste your money unless you like being overcharged and have no idea what you are getting.

The food was not cold at all. The ice bags were filled with warm water. Nothing was edible in this situation.

I signed up to try this service on July 12. Within six minutes, I realized they only deliver on weekdays, which doesn't work because I work full time. I immediately cancelled my subscription. I had intentionally selected July 20 as my first delivery, so I assumed cancelling would prevent any shipment. Before the published order cutoff, I called customer service to verify that no box would be sent. I was told the first shipment could not be cancelled, despite the fact that I had cancelled almost immediately after signing up. This has been a frustrating first experience. A cancellation made within minutes should not still result in a shipment days later. I feel the cancellation process and expectations for first-time customers could be much clearer.

Ordered meals through a subscription plan. I called to cancel an order on 7/8, just 14 minutes after receiving the order-processing email, before the shipping label had even been created. I was told cancellation was possible. I called again on 7/9 and spoke with a rep named Anna, who confirmed the order was escalated and would be canceled with a refund processed. No case number was given either time. On 7/13, I got a text saying the order was being delivered — five days after being told it was canceled. I emailed customer service reiterating the cancellation before delivery; they shipped it anyway within minutes of my email. I was traveling with no one to receive the package, exactly as I'd explained to them twice. The food was delivered and sat outside unattended, guaranteed to spoil. When I followed up, customer service said they couldn't refund because the order had "already passed the cutoff" — but that's not what I was told on either call. If cancellation truly wasn't possible, I should have been told that immediately, not after the food was delivered and ruined. Had to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back. Be very careful trusting their phone reps — what they tell you and what actually happens don't match.
