I wish I could give 0 star, but it doesn't allow me. Do not buy from this company, not only they send you the wrong meals, the quality and flavors are bland and the chicken taste weird. I have been dealing and waiting for my money back, it's been over a month and still no refund. Also, they send an email 1 day before your meals are prepped, it doesn't matter because you won't be able to change them or cancel your order.

I signed up for a promo in April. Once I looked at the menu I certainly did not want to use the service. I cancelled right away but of course was unable to receive a refund. It is August and I still have not received my order. I am able to select, receive a delivery date but nothing shows. Customer service stated that the account is closed and I have to contact them to let the payment post. Again, it is August and I still haven't received the order. I'm trying again today. We shall see.

Just like the others. Which I wished I read reviews before subscribing. Worse customer service. Several emails many phones nothing. I will have to cancel my credit card more work for me yeah

Horrible. Meals should up at room temp. Ice packs weren’t even cold. Had to throw away several. Canceled my subscription and they changed me again anyway at full price. Worst meal service possible.

Like everyone else I had a reason for trying forkful. During the ordering process, I was able to leave Delivery instructions. The instructions are not followed, and my Delivery was sitting in a mail room for two days. I was trying to track the delivery, but was unsuccessful and I’m not always notified from my community that I have a package in the mail room hence why I left Delivery instructions when I contacted forkful about the delivery issue. I was sent an email asking for pictures of the packaging and to throw away the food because it has sat on refrigerated too long. I sent the pictures with no response for three days. I contacted for full again and asked for a full refund because the delivery instructions were not followed, and now I have no food. I believe I was sent an AI generated email asking for the pictures again again and the email referenced the original ticket number which I had referenced in my second email I emailed the third time asking for a refund with no response. I tried calling the number listed on the website and was on hold for about 15 minutes before I decided to hang up so now not only am I out food. I am out of money.

Check out their BBB ratings - an "F" and for good reason! On Aug. 1, 2026 I canceled my subscription minutes after entering my credit card info as stupidly, I didn't check reviews for this company prior to signing up. I use other meal services and they have zero problems with cancellations or pauses in service with enough notice - i.e. before they ship. Forkful's "terms and conditions" tab on their webpage circled back to their home page when I was on their site. They refuse to credit my account even though the item never shipped and I stopped the subscription within the hour!!!! Horrible, horrible company - stay away!!

WATCH OUT! Good luck getting a refund for an order you skipped, canceled, and never recieved! Their customer service is not helpful, at all, one reply last month, issue still not resolved, wow! I've sent them several messages, they keep closing them without resolving them! All I want is a REFUND OF MY $190!!! Unbelievable!

Update: a very warm box eventually arrived that they claim was to replace the box that didn’t come. The ice packs were all melted. Not even partially frozen with the inside gel leaked in some of boxes. Food was all warm. They did not refund me but gave me a credit so I am forced to get another box. Worst experience. Poor customer service. Took multiple times of me calling leaving messages and sending in tickets to get a response. First box at a discount everything was great. Second box over $100. Sunday delivery and nothing came. Messaged them 3 days in a row some generic email reply of we are looking into it. Called waited on hold over 15 mins no answer. Set to have a call back and never got one. Called again 20 min wait and left message. No call back again. It’s 4 days and still no food and no customer service. Will not use again. Filing a dispute with my bank for services not delivered and will be canceling
