I recently started this service. I called to ask about billing and because my first two orders had an incorrect meal. Ryan was very helpful and eager. He took care of every concern of mine. So far the meals have been good. I like that the ingredients are straightforward without a bunch of preservatives. It has taken away stress from my everyday life. I am not thrilled with the delivery company. I have looked at the tracking and requested to get updates. The box shows up on my doorstep and I have never gotten any notification from the delivery company.

Kat provided exceptional customer service. As my meal ordering issue was complicated, it took several steps to resolve. Kat quickly determined the steps necessary to resolve the problem, she quickly took the steps and kept me informed throughout the entire process. She was professional, friendly, efficient and effective.

Very attentive to my needs. Was able to put me on manual as I will only order monthly. This will be perfect for me and I will not go back to the previous meal delivery service I used. Thank you Mia

I love that. They actually allow me to leave a voicemail and they call me back. Tonight. I called at about 550 Miami time and I thought oh well, I'll just leave a message. Hopefully they'll call me back tomorrow. But nope not these customer service superheroes. I got callbacks from three of them!! Lol. When does that ever happen? Great company to work with really enjoy my high protein meals

I have been using EatClean for a year. I’ve never had an issue until recently. I contacted the company and Mia was able to resolve the issue. I’ll continue to use this company.
