The meals are complete garbage. I literally threw most of it into the trashcan. I did try to salvage some things, but honestly, it didn’t even make for very good meals. I just hated to waste so much money and food. These meals are absolutely not chef prepared, they are prepackaged and made and sold for an overpriced amount. I had five different selections and one was worse than the other. A pork chop is thrown on top of potatoes, and then it tells you to heat to heat the protein separate, how when you’ve thrown it all together ? When I called, they were not willing to give me a refund. The ordering process is a joke because they charge you before you even select your menu so you don’t get to see the menu until you put in your credit card. They are not a friendly company to work with. I absolutely do not recommend and they are terrible for seniors.

Too many times my food comes with melted dry ice all watery. I had too throw away the whole box and customer service suck.

My husband and I ordered from FORKFUL, and although they delivered 2 days late, the food was very tasty so we figured we'd give them another try. However, we put the subscription on a pause because we had guests visiting and knew we'd be eating out. Disappointingly, a few weeks later, my husband later realized (on a Wednesday) that he had been charged, not once, but TWICE. He immediately called customer service who said that she could not provide a refund since the food had been shipped already, but he explained that we never received any packages on Monday the standard delivery day. She then told him that the food had been delayed and it was to arrive that night (2 days late). We did finally receive the food, but quickly realized that the meals they selected for us were nothing we would have ever ordered or would eat. We did attempt to eat some of the meals just for the sake of not wasting the money or the food, but they were disgusting and inedible. As for the 2nd charge, the customer service woman offered a credit to his Forkful account, but not a refund. All in all, the concept is great and I love that their food has no additives or seed oils, but the administrative side of the company needs help. We shouldn't be held responsible and charged for an order that we did not place and for food we did not choose. And a refund is more appropriate than a credit to use for future orders. Lastly, the timing of deliveries needs MAJOR improvement. It is concerning to get food days late that is expected to last 7 additional days without spoiling.

I have yet to recieve assistance or hear back from customer service.

I cant even begin to explain the amount of problems we had with this company. The issues are a combination of 3 different people ordering with their own separate accounts, my girlfriend, my mother and myself. 1st off the one positive thing I can say is the food was decent thats if you ever got it or it was ruined when you did. Also, i never really mattered what you ordered, they just kind of put in your box whatever they wanted. Every order we did get 25-50% of the food was not what we had selected. The companies customer service is basically none existant. If you're lucky they may answer the phone once out of 30 calls or call you back but every time its a different person and you can never get your issues solved. They obviously outsource their customer support to the Philippines and I'm guessing Pakistan and they could care less if they help you. My girlfriend had the most issues. The entire month of July, none of her packages arrived and they billed her every time. She ended up having to file a chargeback at the bank because no one would give her a refund. On top of that 3 out of 4 packages my mother and I recieved were ruined. The food was hot and unedible, the ice packs were melted and busted all over the place. This company needs to be shut down and with a quickness. There are major food saftey issues with what they are doing and then when they send you food you cant eat, its impossible to get your money back for it. Decent tasting food doesnt make up for the 1000 other problems this company has. They lost 3 customers and I hope they lose a lot more.

Writing I was extremely disappointed with Forkful. The food honestly looked like vomit when I opened it, and the vegetables were already soggy before I even heated the meal. Nothing about it looked fresh or appetizing. The portion sizes are also ridiculously small for what they charge. There simply isn't enough food to justify the price. For the amount of money these meals cost, I expected much better quality, presentation, and portions. I would genuinely rather buy a frozen meal from Walmart. At least those usually have more food, cost significantly less, and somehow look more appetizing than what I received from Forkful. Definitely not worth the money, and I won't be ordering again.

I was extremely disappointed with my Forkful order. None of the meals I actually ordered were included. Instead, I received a box containing leftover meals that I had not selected and did not want. I contacted Forkful about the issue, but I was told that I could not receive a refund for the amount I was owed unless I placed another order. That puts me in the position of having to spend more money on food while taking the risk that I will once again receive meals I did not order or want. I ordered specific meals for a reason, and receiving an assortment of leftover meals instead is not an acceptable substitute. I also don't think customers should have to place another order in order to receive a refund for an order that was not fulfilled correctly. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend Forkful. I would have preferred to simply receive the meals I ordered or receive a straightforward refund for what I did not receive.

Customer service is AWFUL!!! Don't get anything with chicken. It was so dry, any drier it would be jerky. I couldn't eat it because it would get caught in my throat. I guess I will throw all my dinners away. Canceled just minutes after ordering and they said that it is automatically picked for me. Was told I couldn't cancel. So I was going to get what they ordered, so I went back and tried to pick something that even decent. Yuck!!!
