I usually end up waiting for hours for a call back, so at first I did not choose that option. But when I did, Mia called back promptly. She was patient and professional, giving me time to switch from my banking screen to our call and back several times. She correctly entered my credit card information, marked it as my primary method of payment, ran the order and confirmed that it had gone through. All that in about 15 minutes, most of the time being taken up by my negotiating my numerous tiny phone tabs. Very helpful.

Very helpful in helping with my order error

I placed my first order and got an email that said it was delivered on Monday. I did not get a delivery so I contacted them. They apologized for the mixup and said it would be here on Wednesday. It was actually delivered on Tuesday. I am impressed with the customer service and the meals are really delicious and they actually make a full size portion, it is well worth the price compared to grocery store frozen dinners. I had the bourbon shrimp with mashed cauliflower and the shrimp were huge and the whole thing was very tasty.

Tonia was able to skip the week's meals before I got a third repeat of the same meals. This allowed me to choose what I wanted for the following week, and stopped a bunch of good food from going bad.

The food is pretty darn good and I love the healthy ingredients. No seed oils and no preservatives. The website could use some updating to help more user friendly. An app could be created. I had an issue when trying to add new meals and subtract old meals from my weekly delivery and I got charged for the meals I was trying to add even though I wasn’t adding any additional meals. I was just substituting meals. I submitted a ticket via the website and Jude personally called me to resolve the issue. He also added a discount for the next few weekly deliveries which was much appreciated. He provided me with his personal contact information and was very helpful. I’d recommend Forkful for sure!
