Definitely do not recommend! Food is poor in quality and taste. Literally, the Temu version of Factor_. Even my broke roommate wouldn't eat them after trying one. The meat is dry, the veggies are sometimes soggy – everything is either bland (under-seasoned) or over-seasoned with one ingredient (like garlic). Their stuffed French Toast was the only thing that wasn't bad (but it's hard to mess up breakfast). I'd only ordered the one French Toast meal, and honestly, I wish I'd ordered more of those instead of their regular meals. I honestly have a handful of their meals left, and none of us want to eat them. However, they get an extra star for their customer service. I submitted a ticket on their website and I received a phone call from a friendly representative who answered my question (unexpected and a little over-the-top but nice).

While the meals are better than Factor, the selection is rather limited and orders can only be placed a week in advance. Customer service is very poor. I tried calling today because I didn't receive my order yesterday and there is no answer no matter what extension I use. I've had a subscription for approx. 6 weeks and twice my order was marked "delivered" on the website and twice I didn't receive it.

The meals were really good the first week. The weeks after, they have not been as good. Not for the price paid. The second week the Tuesday delivery did not arrive until Wednesday around 7pm. I never received any texts either week on my orders and deliveries and was unable to login to make my meal choices. The third week I did not go in and pick my meals and was assigned my meals. I did not receive any reminders via email or text. I tried to log into my account and was unable to login. I called and talked to someone at forkful to figure out what was what. I learned that my email address was entered incorrectly. I don’t think I would have done this and I am not sure how to figure that out. Regardless, the worker corrected the error and recorded my correct email address. I was able to go in and request my meals for my 1/20 delivery. I received my delivery on 1/20 and found that only one meal was correct. I submitted a ticket and received a call from a worker who said that I would be credited for the 5 meals. This was after I sent a picture of what was received which I understood was necessary. Given all the challenges I had experienced, I asked for a full refund of the 1/20 order and the worker said I would receive a refund for 5 meals. I see my refund is $62.90. So, since I’m charged $9.99 shipping, and there was no refund for shipping, it turns out I paid $22.57 for the one correct meal.

It didn't arrive on the day it said it would, so it wasn't useful for our honeymoon. A waste of $30. And then I tried to cancel my subscription and still got charged for the next box - an extra waste of $80!!!! Way too hard to cancel. The second box also only had one meal I could actually safely eat, out of the six sent. Not multiple-allergens-friendly.
