Very disappointing experience with Forkful Meals. The way payment issues and negative reviews are being handled is extremely concerning. Instead of addressing legitimate complaints and outstanding obligations, it appears that reviews are being used as leverage before payments are made. Businesses should take responsibility for their commitments and communicate professionally with the people they owe. Customers and workers deserve transparency, respect, and accountability. I would strongly recommend doing your research and reading the experiences of others before doing business with this company.

⭐ I would not recommend Forkful Meals. If i can give minus star I would.The overall experience was disappointing, and I was not satisfied with the service or the quality. There are better options out there, and I wouldn’t order from them again.

Meals arrived 24 hours earlier than expected and by the time I got them they would already been bad, so I had to throw them away. Waste of time and money, wasteful and now I have no meals for the week. I reached out to them and have not gotten a response yet.

A group of VA's working for them didn't receive their salary worth around $13k. They suddenly ghosted them not paying for the work they already completed. I hope this goes to the authorities.

I don’t recommend this meal service. The food was okay but the company will send you email offers and then not apply the discount to your next order after reactivating and claim there was something wrong with the code. Instead of refunding you the discounted amount they say they can’t because the order was already processed and will apply it to your next order. Seems like a shady way of getting you to buy more boxes.

Money was stolen out my account by forkful on Aug 6 still waiting on my refund damn shame.

I have used several meal delivery services and I can state with certainty, Forkful has been the worst. I registered with Forkful Meal delivery on 8/8/26 but soon saw all the bad ratings for this company and called to cancel my subscription immediately within 24 hrs on 8/9/26. I made it clear I did not want any meals from them after reading the reviews. She happily agreed to cancel and I asked for a reference number to verify my cancellation. She said she would send an email. I recieved the email cancellation but noted she did not cancel immediately. It was set up to cancel on 8/17, 11 days later, seemingly after they had made a delivery. I called back to make a complaint but even though I was promised a refund I get the feeling this company is a ripoff for several reasons. Prior to subscribing I made 2 calls leaving a message for callback. no call back ever occurred. I asked for an immediate cancellation within 24 hrs of subscribing and was promised this but it was written up in a manner to cancel 11 days later, even though I had been promised an immediate cancellation. I asked to return the meals after they were left on my porch, even to deliver them to a location for return as provided by them, they said they could not be returned. In inspecting the meals, they are not labeled and while there is an order list, nothing in the meals is recognizable from the order list. I opened 1 meal and it tastes like what I imagine warmed poop might taste like. This is just my honest experience with this company. I would stay clear were I you. Food awful, customer service worse.

Don't waste your money or your time. They deliver the wrong food and will not give you credit for it. They make you feel like a criminal for bringing their error to their attention. There are much better meal services out there that actually care about their customers.
