Rachel was polite, patient and helpful

It's been a lot of miscommunication with the website and choosing certain meals. The issues with discounts being added as well. It's been frustrating but customer service has been pretty good. I'm glad Kat with customer service was able to assist me with those things. Also Je helped a bit too. Kat has a very kind personality and listened to my issues as well. Would be nice if there was an app that we could use as customers. The website seems a little outdated in design.

I would give 5 stars for the food. Most healthy meal kit I can find. I am very knowledgeable about nutrition. But, customer service is terrible and sometimes I get the wrong meals. Nobody answers the phone or calls back. I stopped getting refunds or credits when they sent open sides or wrong items. I will stick with them because they are good and healthy, but I think they are going through growing pains and need to focus more on customer service. Maybe use cameras on the people packing boxes. I picture teenagers who couldn’t care less just throwing food in boxes. It’s a shame because the food is good and truly low carb. Other meal services say low carb but have over 30 carbs. I want under 10 or maximum 20 carbs. No seed oils in Forkful and if you want a treat they have low carb pure ingredient cookies we love.

The deliveries have been reliable, and they always provide tracking information via email. The portions are perfect, and most of the food is tasty. The price is fair: 12 meals for $139. I did not give them 5 start because the meals are sometimes too watery after being microwaved.

The packaging is awesome! The food arrives chilled and it's easy to recycle. The meals are tasty, healthy and the amount and cost is right. It makes it easy to eat the way I want to. (Low Carb, High Protein, Keto, No Spice, etc). There is a good selection to choose from and it arrives on time.

Most of the meals have been amazing! However the mac and cheese... the full version is inedible. I rarely throw out food but this meal had visible pepper flakes and only tasted of pepper no matter how much I doctored it and I tried and I regret even trying because of how much food I wasted attempting to fix it. I'm aware some people enjoy pepper but I doubt people enjoy their entire meal tasting of pepper. As someone who doesn't enjoy the flavor I wound up having to waste the meal by tossing it

The meals are delicious and the quality is great. I'd prefer containers that can go in the oven, otherwise I would give it 5 stars.
