I do like the food and the clean ingredients. However, I should have listened to all of the other countless negative reviews. Like so many, my experience with Forkful has been a nightmare. Imagine that you spend $200 a week for dinner for your family, and 50% of the time, the box is either late or arrives with the ice bags melted and food dangerously warm. Now imagine this happening two weeks in a row. Your garbage is full of bad food, you did not plan on having to make an emergency stop to the grocery store for dinner, and you don't have money to get it because you spent it on forkful and they won't give you your money back. Then when you call, they keep saying, day after day, that they will see if they can provide a refund, but nothing ever happens. One of the times, they said that if we can guarantee that you get a refund, will you come back? So, they technically can give me a refund. But why would I want to continue this nightmare? I still have not received a refund. I would call that theft. Beware!

Terrible customer service. Delivery three days late. Stay away!!!

Meals are not worth the money. We couldn't finish two out of three of the meals we got because they were genuinely bad. I'm not even a choosey eater. I like just about everything, but this food is just bad.

Meals arrived warm with melted ice packs. I can't report on the quality of food because it had to be thrown away

Terrible experience with Forkful. I got sick after eating their food — it felt like food poisoning. The food was disgusting and not tasty at all, and it smelled like someone had already thrown up on it. Honestly, it was nauseating. Also, their service is shady: right after your first order, they automatically sign you up for future deliveries, and it becomes a nightmare to cancel. Even if you try to cancel a week before the scheduled delivery, you still can’t properly cancel it. I do not recommend Forkful to anyone. Save your health and your nerves.

Meals were weird tasting to no better than store bought frozen meals. Poor quality for the price. Cancellation is purposefully made challenging.

I received 3 orders/weeks of my new subscription before cancelling. I found one meal I loved and the rest were ok at best. I didn't like a couple meals and threw out. Bad website that would not allow me to change/add my credit card information on two separate occasions. It took me a couple days to actually reach someone at Forkful, during their business hours. The customer service rep admitted this has been happening. Website would not allow me to save the extra meals I had added to my order.
