Jean in sales was very helpful and explained the meal service perfectly! All of my questions were answered in a timely manner. My husband and I have really enjoyed Forkful. The meals are delicious and nutritious - it’s wonderful knowing we can enjoy them anytime!

I had a great customer service experience today with Jude. One of my meals did not taste as fresh as usual, which may have happened during transit, but Jude was extremely friendly, understanding, and eager to help. He made the conversation easy and comfortable, quickly added a credit to my account for next week’s order, and even provided his email in case I need help in the future. I’ve been a customer for about two years, and I usually love the meals. They are delicious, satisfying, and fit well with my fitness goals. This experience showed me that the company truly cares about its customers and stands behind the quality of its food and ingredients.
