ALLERGENS & INGREDIENTS NOT LISTED ON MEALS! We tried a box, and realized upon arrival that there are huge gaps in the ingredients listed on the meals vs. what is actually in the meal. They list the most basic ingredients, but leave things out like cheese, breading, meat, soy, etc. We ordered gluten free (knowing cross contamination was possible), but there are items with obvious breading that don't list what ingredients are used, and things with cheese on top that aren't listed on the ingredients list.

Beyond deceptive. This company does not deliver on its promises, does not ship orders on time, and in my experience often does not communicate when issues arise. I have been forced to involve attorneys and send formal demand letters just to get a response. The food itself is great, but that means very little when customers are charged and then left waiting without their orders, updates, or any meaningful customer service. Repeated attempts to contact the company went unanswered. I strongly recommend exercising caution before purchasing from this company. A good product does not excuse poor business practices, lack of communication, or failure to fulfill orders.

Terrible company. Unsubscribe link has never worked, and they don't fix it....Call them....and go to customer service....and they disconnect the line. RUN ....Run from this company....do not do business as they are not legit and very dirty dealing.

If I could give them 0 stars I would, bombard me with emails every single week despite me never signing up, when I try and unsubscribe the link doesn't work

My meals never arrived. They kept assuring me my meals would arrive the following day, but it’s now been a week and they still can’t even give me a tracking number and are refusing to refund me.

**One star is too generous. If I could give zero stars, I would.** My first order was supposed to arrive on Sunday but didn’t show up until Thursday. By the time it finally arrived, I was already frustrated with the experience. When I finally tried the food, I was extremely disappointed with the taste and quality. It was nowhere near worth the price in my opinion. I immediately went to cancel my subscription, only to discover that I had already been charged around $80 for another order that I no longer wanted. I contacted customer service and was told it couldn’t be canceled. Being forced to pay for another shipment after a delayed first delivery and a product I didn’t enjoy is unacceptable. I’m requesting a refund for the unwanted order and hope the company reconsiders how it treats customers in situations like this. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Forkful.

Pathetic at every step!!! Unsubscribe button has not worked for weeks that I have been trying to get unwanted daily emails to stop. Customer Service - Non existent is my experience. Has never answered my call or returned my call as requested. Friend said they only take orders and everybody else can pound sand.

Meals are hit and miss but that's besides the point this company is HORRIBLY RUN. When I signed up I picked my meals for the next 3 weeks, they charged me for week one then they charged me $14 the one premium meal I chose for week two which was weird. But whatever The order came as planned the problem came with week two, they charged me a day earlier then what they said they would be charging me so my card was locked, I called them immediately and fixed the issue within 24 hours mind you this charge was supposed to be on weds and it was Monday when they tried to charge me the first time, when they ran the card the second time they tried to double charge me for the premium meal they charged me $14 a week earlier. After dealing with that issue and slow customer service time it gets to literally the following Monday 2 days before I'm set to receive order number 2 and I can see no tracking number on their site. I call customer service and sit on the phone for over 30 minutes, only for the lady to tell me weird I can't see any tracking Info I'll email you about it later I can't do anything for you. I was told I'd receive an email within two hours and never heard back from her. I tried to call the next day as well as email, and received no Info about it until Thursday a day after I was supposed to have my food. Finally they gave me a tracking number telling me it's set to arrive Friday, I lol at the tracking info and this food box has been in the shipping system since the 1st 4 whole days so of course when I finally receive the box the ice packs are completely melted food packages swollen not one item was cold or able to be eaten and they've already told me they don't do refunds so I guess they'll just hear from My bank
