The food is mediocre and they have ZERO customer service. They are simply unreachable. My last delivery was 2 days late. The ice was thawed and food was warm. I had to throw it away and I have spent hours trying to reach them by email and phone. Forkful is a terrible company. Do not fall for it.

Unlike some other stories I am seeing, my food came as expected and I was not overcharged. No delay in delivery, and I received the meals I chose. With that said, I simply do not like the meals. They lack seasoning, the veg I ate was still crunchy in the center but totally water logged, and the meat was all dry/overcooked. Chicken rolls masala had hardly any sauce, buttermilk chicken was bland and dry, creamed corn was not creamy but greasy instead. I have a couple left in the refrigerator I’m not even interested in trying after the first three meals.

Absolutely the worst customer service... The delivery was late the food had very little portion and the customer service never gets back to the email and phone calls scare me company do not walk away run away!!

Service is terrible. I have called and emailed because they messed my order up, the meals they sent were not the ones I put into my order which is stated in my account. Never recommend

I was happy with the food quality and variety, however, I was charged and never received my second box. I sent numerous emails and always got back the same generic response telling me my box had been delivered. I CAN NOT recommend Forkful since they were not willing to refund or replace the box. I lost almost $200 and they couldn’t bother to give me any time or a satisfactory conclusion. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Didn't even get to try the food. I placed an order it was supposed to arrive in a Sunday 6/7. It didn't get there until the following Thursday 6/11. Food was warm and damp from the melted ice packs. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, due to a potential shipping issue. The tracking info said they shipped my food UPS ground from Florida to California. However when I called customer service and asked for a refund they said they needed to talk to someone in upper management. No one called back and I couldn't get them to answer the phone after that. It has been 7 days (5 business days) and I have left several voicemails and sent several emails. No one has responded.

I wish I would’ve read reviews before I placed an order foolishly. They basically took $100 out of my account even after I canceled the order within the same hour of ordering it avoid this company at all costs.
