The meal box was delayed 2 times, but Jean was really helpful in solving my issue as a new customer.

I needed to change my subscription from 8 meals a week to 6, and to have the upcoming order skipped. Jean was friendly, kind and quickly helped with the changes I had requested. The food delivered by Forkful is always packaged frozen and very insulated. The meals are so delicious!

I called customer service about an issue and the agent: Jude Bautista was extremely helpful giving me personal help with my food order. The issue was resolved expeditiously.

I had an issue with this weeks meal delivery and Vince Salvador was wonderful. Listened to my issue and provided a solution right away. Also, when I initially called I was on hold for a long time so I hung up and planned to call back later, I received a call back right away which I felt was a great customer service touch.

Mia was able to take care of my request. Customer service went above and beyond in trying to return my phone call, which was blocked several times by my phone service as Spam. Once I unblocked the customer service number, they called right away and resolved my issue quickly.

Mia did an excellent job assisting me with my order. I was having difficulty adding my order and she was able to take my order and place it in the system for me. She was very patient and responsive to my requests. Her demeanor and attitude made me decide to keep my subscription. Thanks Mia!
