Their food taste good, they have a great variety of meals to choose from, they’re fresh never-frozen, all meals cook at the same time frame so you don’t have to read directions. The issues we had were actually receiving the orders. We tried this service for 5 weeks & only had 3 weeks actually deliver. They only let you choose meals Mon-Tue. They keep saying my account is set to “manual” with no option for me to have them charge me. I had to contact customer service every time. I told them to set my account to auto. As a family of 5, we didn’t care about choosing the meals, we just wanted to make sure the food would arrive on time. In the end we found out we actually god pinworms from their meals. 0/10 would not recommend to anyone. Save your time, money, and health.

They sent me three of the same meal. They missed four meals I paid for! Terrible company!

I would leave a 0 star review if I could. My meals arrived at room temperature and completely soggy. I contacted customer service 3 times with pictures but they never responded. I have used a few other meal services but have never had such a bad experience trying to get help.

The only thing I got from this food was disappointment and frustration. Each meal that I heated up with hope just left me upset. Someone else called them temu for food. I agree. Hospital food and cheap frozen dinners might be better! They load the weight of the meals with cheap fillers. Half cooked rice or dried up pasta! What a waste! One of my boxes had multiples of two meals, not the 6 I ordered. They are bad enough that I threw 4 of them away! Don't leave Factor if that's woo you order from. Those meals are delicious!

terrible company, warm box arrived ice completely melted(ice bags warm) called forkful told me not to eat them and throw them out and would give me credit. well they never gave me credit ,never could get them on the phone. So they scammed me out of $88.00

If I could leave no stars I would.my meals arrived two days after original delivery date and were no longer cool. I'm having trouble getting a refund. Customer Service is HORRIBLE.. When you can finally talk to someone it is a foreign call center. I first called tuesday and they requested a refund . Talked to them on Friday and still reviewing my refund. I didn't get to eat them so I don't know the food quality. When you do talk to someone you get put on hold for at least 20 minutes.

I wish to not leave this review. They email me non stop. I tried to unsubscribe but, it doesn't work. If they don't care about your opinion before to start to receive a meal, after that they, definitely will not
