Beware of this company they used my credit card without my permission and charged 145.00 and 175.00 that is completely BOGUS. I had cancelled my product back in January and they sent me a partial order in may and charged it on my card as a full order., I called and complained which is very hard to do since there is not really a phone number to speak to anyone..I had to cancel my credit card and file a complaint at the bank but they didn't really do anything. So BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!! they are CROOKS!!!!!

My provider contacted me about my second prescription. I told her I was having side effects and wanted to stay with the 1.5 mg dose . She agreed. When my prescription arrived, it was 4 mg . So my dose was more than doubled and my provider issued me the wrong prescription. That is a terrible medication error. I was refunded the price of the prescription, but believe I should also be refunded the monthly fee.

I signed up for Hers and canceled after 1 week. The cost of membership was a deal breaker for me. For the cost of $149, it only provide “membership”, and medication cost another $149, or $199, or $299 depending on the medication options. So I decided to cancel after a week, before starting with any weight loss medication. And I was told that the 1st month of membership cannot be refunded, not even prorated. This is a Scam business that wants your money without providing any services. Don’t fall for that!

I went on the side and I applied for medication and was charged the membership fee and got an email back that the doctor had reviewed my profile and I was approved I went in to order the medication and the wrong dosage amount was preselected in the correct dosage amount was greyed out so I could not choose the correct dosage amount this started a series of emails trying to reach the provider to let them know that that was the problem on the site so they could correct it it was never corrected so I tried to call the estimated wait time for the call was 17 minutes 40 minutes later I get a text while I'm on hold that says go to the website and urgent finisher order so I go to the website and to finish the order and same thing happens the the correct dose is grayed out so I email again and say I'm unable to access the correct dose on the website I get another email I connect to the link same thing happens I scrolled down to the place where it says you can message the provider and when I hit the icon it says you have to have a membership I have a membership it doesn't recognize the membership so I send another email saying these are the problems I've had and I detailed them and ask for my membership fee back since they are unwilling or unable to correct the problems and they write me back and tell me that the membership fees non-refundable the doctor proved me for medication they don't acknowledge that it was the wrong dosage amount so they're basically unwilling to help me want to keep the fees say they don't have to refund them they're just a nightmare to deal with.

Started breaking out in hives and no one could help me. Matter of fact I want my money back for waiting my time and being in pain.

Hers provided an inappropriate prescription for Wegovy. I submitted all health info with objective of micro dosing GPL-1 to lose 10 lbs. Hers prescribed the Wegovy 4 mg pill. Upon taking one pill I became violently ill for 1 day but the symptoms of nausea and discomfort have continued. Because of this issue I did some research and learned the initial dose should be 1.5 mg, not 4 mg
