They keep your money and offer another service, which you didn't chose. That's the way the make a good money, taking people's money with subscriptions. Each one$39 and then you don't get what you wanted. They don't give your money back, they just keep it. When you are on the website looking for the injectable medication for weight loss they say if the treatment is not suitable for you they give money back, which is a lie. I HAVE tried and they just kept for them. I talked with my bank and hopefully get it back but I wanna share my experience with others and help people to avoid this kind of business and find a better and serious place to lose weight.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. Your customer/patient service is awful, your policies are a scam, your “subscription/membership” fees literally rob people financially, and you’re marketing is false advertising. I was tricked into purchasing and after I discovered the true pricing I cancelled and was still overcharged even after I reported this information to patient support who was the least bit helpful, understanding, or empathetic. I will NEVER use your services again nor ever recommend anyone to you.

They are totally a scam. You can't get in touch with customer support. I had to speak to a provider in order to get any type of customer service reply. Stay away from this provider at all costs!!!

Why have you charged me $149 twice this month once on 5/9 then again on 5/14? I signed up for a once a month charge. Please reverse and credit or advise as I will be cancelling next month if this happens again

I'm not losing weight.I lost 8pounds in the first two weeks but gained 3 back and have not lost any more.It doesn't curb my hunger in the least. You could have asked a little sooner. I'm extremely disappointed and out $650.00. Not happy in the least.

The website was very unclear on pricing and membership information for GLP1s. When I went to cancel I could not find how to cancel on website. I had to email. Thankfully the response was quick however they refused to refund my membership fee. I will never do business with them and will recommend against people trying it. It’s shameful how companies do this. *The reply from Hers is ridiculous.y help in the message tab was that they would not give me my membership fee back despite reaching out immediately after the payment went through. Again, terrible company that takes advantage of people desperate for help.

It's a racket! You pay for membership, before even getting approval correspondence from a physician or meditation recommendation. Then it's non-refundable. Terrible. I canceled and deleted my account. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. I requested that they no longer send advertisements or sell my information to others.

Yes, I cancelled my order and before medicine was shipped and was told I couldn't be refunded. I cancelled, no medicine delivered and never got refunded. Makes no sense....I just want to be refunded.
