I like the responsiveness of my care…
I like the responsiveness of my care team and how great they are at explaining everything! I needed a change to my care plan and they were on top of it! I am not the happiest with how long my new plan is taking to ship to me- it has been over than two weeks since I have been prescribed a new plan and have yet to start it.

More medical support needed
I feel there is very little support from the doctors and they are not answering specific questions. I was asked to select from several medication options without any real info on which is better than another. I wish there was more support. So far I have not seen any results either.

Things are going very slowly
Things are going very slowly. I loose a couple of pounds, then gain them back. I seem to be at a standstill.

I don't exactly understand how much to inject. It isn't very clear. I do t know when my next shipment will arrive but I am almost out of meds.

Late shipment
I like the website. I missed 2 1/2 doses because my second shipment was late. As a result the medicine doesn’t work as well as it was before.

Not the results I was hoping for
I just thought I would be further along than I am. It’s discouraging. I am doing a calories deficit but the scale hasn’t moved much. I still have the desire to eat. I know my body needs to adjust but I am starting week9.
