I have been disappointed with the how quick you are to charge and create a subscription without my consent. Your intake form has flaws and did not allow me to convey what I wanted or revert back after trying to read and understand different products. I am still waiting for a refund on the first charge for a subscription that I never wanted. Half of the responses on the message system are irrelevant or incorrect, and I was told I would get a refund and still have not. I have resorted to challenging it on my credit card before the 30 day window ended.

I am holding off on staring. I am on a new cholesterol medication & want to see how my system deals with that medication first.

I wish the app did more. I wish I could log my shots and the placement of the shot. Also, this is about making changes, yet I can’t log any food, water intake or exercise. Additionally, it’s easy to forget what week/dosage to take. I wish the app told me exactly, versus all of the dosage amounts.

I'm not losing weight very quickly. I've been on GLP1 for 10 weeks. I've lost 13 lbs. I expected to lose more than a pound a week. I thought GLP1 would help me lose weight faster. Until this week I have been drinking 2 liters of water a day. Getting at least 100 g of protein a day. I don't eat a lot. I have no appetite, but still I'm not doing any better than I have in the past on my own. When I started I had two bad Achilles tendons. I had surgery on one 4 weeks ago. I'm not able to get much exercise. I haven't slept well in the past 6-8 weeks. I'm getting discouraged. Any words of encouragement?

I have been on this for a couple of months now and the only thing that has made me lose weight is when I went to 16 units for one week and I threw up violently for the week following the first dose. Next week we are going to be trying that dose again. I was really hoping that I could lose a little more before I get married next month. We shall see.

I'm sure they will continue to develop their platforms.
