I haven’t lost any weight and I’ve been on it almost a month. I eat okay and I go to the gym 5-6 days a week. I was on ro shot and lost weight immediately and kept losing weight. I switched to hers because my husband had just started on the hims shot and the cost is much cheaper. I am very disappointed and I have 5 more months left of it. My husband has put on 2 lbs since going on the hims shot.

I appreciate the ease and speed of the intake process. However having to restart the whole process to make a prescription change is not great. Also speaking to a different person each time you reach out does not work well with continuity of care. I had a lot of questions at first with only very generic answers.

Not losing weight, I’ve actually gained weight. I ask a question and get an answer from one person and when i respond get a different person who responds. Too many people responding to a conversation. So I don’t feel like my question truly got answered.

I was very disappointed when I reached out because I was unhappy with my results and I was met with a questionnaire and ultimately a response of basically "you can continue on or don't". In contrast, my husband reached out when he was not happy with his results he was met with immediate changes to his plan.

While they've been consistent with the shipping of my meds, I actually refuse to take them. I've never actually spoken to a doctor. They promise 24/7 support, but only link to other helplines. I prepaid for the year and I haven't actually touched a single thing they sent to me because I feel uncomfortable with it. But it's not like they care. It's all about the profit, it seems. I want a refund. I'll be happy to send EVERY pill back. HERs offers a lot, and gives far less.

My first delivery was completely whipped open with all the meds gone and not only that but it was delayed several days which left me without any medication I had to pay for a second delivery which then left me without meds for almost 2 months.I was unable to navigate your website or app to contact customer service. I’m hoping once this order runs out I’ll be able to get these meds from my own doctor cause my insurance is much cheaper too.
