I have been trying to cancel my subscription because I no longer want your products and everytime I try to cancel it on you website I get and “error” everything else on the website works well, except the cancellation option, which you do on purpose! I have sent emails asking for help and noone responds, I had to call my back and block your transactions because otherwise you will continue to send me shit to keep on charging! you are a SCAM

I decided to cancel my membership during the trial month and receives confirmation. Then a transaction went through for more medication so I informed them that I had cancelled with no reply. I asked for the meds only because I had been charged and after I got them, I was charged membership again. I wrote several times explaining the situation, but was told that the they wouldn't refund my money because I received meds. I have disputed the charges. Hopefully, they will be honest in the end and return my money.

Ordered the products for hair. They sent the vitamins without the hair serum. Vitamins caused swelling and hair serum had caster oil in it and makes your hair a greasy mess. Horrible customer service.

I purchased the hair growth vitamins and then after they got my money they tell me the side effects which include Cardiac problems. I am not ok with side effects like that so I immediately tried to cancel. Sent multiple messages to the NP and support. They finally contact me and say sorry it’s too late and I can throw out the meds when I get them yet I’m still paying $175. They refuse to refund me. This place preaches that they want to help but really they just want your money and refused to refund me 5 minutes later. I’m shocked they would not inform of cardiac problems with the meds beforehand.

DO NOT let this company take your $39 like they did me. Just to tell you that you HAVE to do a 6 mths subscription for $800 dollars UPFRONT…Before you can get the medicine

I had been using hers for about a year for a medication and decided to add the weight loss program for tirzepatide. I received very hot bottles that sat on the back of a UPS truck. I did not feel comfortable using them and reached out to the provider on chat but did not receive a response. I contacted the pharmacy that sent them from Eli Lilly, Gift Health, and was told to use them. I was not offered a replacement or refund. I cancelled my weight loss program immediately as I was now out $300 for the medication charged by Gift Health, and the 'visit' prescribing fee from Hers ($150 monthly first month was $39). I also cancelled the program I had participated in for the past year due to the very poor service on the weight loss program. I have yet to hear from anyone from Hers so it is clear I was just a number.

I have been taking the product for 30 days and I have not lost any weight. In fact I have gained 5 lbs. This is a wast of money. Do not buy this product.

All my refills were delayed and I ended up without medication for one week or more while waiting for them. Customer service always responded with generic statements. Only once I had a direct response, but I had asked for it saying that I was tired of not having my questions responded. Twice I received my refills not only late but insufficient for the period they had scheduled the next one. Customer service keep saying they will expedite the deliveries but they don’t. I canceled, or put my subscription on hold, I am not sure, because I didn’t want to be charged for a renewal, but only after I reversed that I got my last medication delivered. Worth noting it was late as always and one of the insufficient ones. I paid in advance for a six month treatment that would end by end of June. If we considered the 3 weeks I was without medication because of delays and insufficient refills, my subscription should extend for those 3 weeks, but I don’t even have medication enough to get to end of June, as I should. Summarizing, even though it’s convenient for being online, the deliveries are not reliable and no treatment can be successful with multiple interruptions.
