This company is a borderline scam. I cancelled my subscription after being charged my monthly amount and then they did no ship my last prescription. I tried contacting them through the app and using the support number. No response on the app after several messages. And, the customer support number is a joke. The call drops after an AI message saying no one is available and to try back later.

In asking a simple question about my current care, they placed another order for a brand new prescription and charged me without my agreement. I have followed up several times and have received no direct answers to why this occurred and no responses to my refund request.

I followed directions with the wegovy pills. Have not lost even a pound. Might need to rethink my prescription. Also when is the next months scheduled delivery.

If I could give a negative review, I would. They were not consistent with sending my medication, which caused me to repeatedly start and stop treatment. Their customer service was also terrible. Honestly, I don't even think I was chatting with real people most of the time. It felt like AI-generated responses that never actually addressed my concerns. I eventually switched to WeightWatchers. It's cheaper, I've had no issues with receiving my medication, and the customer service has been much better. Overall, my experience has been far better with WeightWatchers than with Hers.

I started using compounded semaglutide in January 2026. By May I have lost 15 lbs. Not what I hoped, but not bad. HOWEVER, I inquired about switching to Tirzepitide and was asked a couple of questions, then received a message they were switching me to zepbound WITHOUT EVEN TELLING ME THE PRICE. It went from approximately $1,200 for six months to $1899 every four weeks. I messaged them saying to stop the order and did not hear anything back for 24 hours. I contacted my credit card company, and they had already charged me $1899. I told me credit card company I was going to dispute this. The next day, Hers did contact me saying they canceled my order and would refund the $1899. What a freaking headache. I do not trust them AT ALL anymore and will be going with a different company.

This is a terrible service and I wouldn’t use it. They scam you into doing a membership just to see how much the medication is. When you can’t afford to get a 5-month supply of medication and attempt to cancel you have to literally curse them out to do so. They make it extremely hard to find a customer service number or contact email. I wouldn’t trust this company.

I haven't received my pills yet. they were sent out on may 13th. and I need them.

Very corrupt company they charged me never received items and tried to ask for a refund denied my doctor told me cannot use the product due to medical diagnosis
