Clicked the link to take the survey - took me to AI questions about my protein and verbose description of meal options. Couldn’t figure out how to get to the survey and now it shows my order has shipped and I have no idea what dose I’m getting, wanted to stay at 4 mg. How does it send me a prescription without taking the survey? Seems dangerous

I was disappointed with the change in cost. The pricing was not upfront. It was not clear that there is an expensive monthly membership fee on top of the cost of the prescriptions, which were also not clearly noted to go up in cost based on necessary medication dosage increases. I will be looking for a different option.

Getting started with Hers was easy, and initially I had a positive experience. However, once I found a dose I was comfortable with, I was frustrated that the price continued to increase. My next billing date was the 25th. On the 18th, I received notice of the increased cost and cancelled my membership that same day. A few days later, I received an email saying my medication had already been processed and shipped and that I would still be charged the increased amount. I contacted customer service through messaging, but the responses felt generic and automated and didn’t really address my situation. I then called customer service and was told there was nothing they could do to stop the charge or issue a refund. I explained that I had cancelled a full week before my listed billing date and on the same day I was notified of the price increase, but apparently the medication had already been processed and it was too late. Overall, this was extremely frustrating. If there is a cutoff date for cancelling before an upcoming shipment or charge, that needs to be communicated much more clearly, especially when the price is changing.

It's only been about 1 month so I do know it's early.... Yes, I know that you were overwhelmed with orders so everything was delayed in delivery. Understandable, but a little disappointing at the very beginning. Love the packaging, but am not sure why I received the quantity I did. I'm hanging in there as I think this is the correct product for me...

My initial shipment took a LONG time to actually be sent. When I inquired, the answer was only that it was delayed. It only shipped after I asked for a refund. That was a horrible first impression.

I like that I'm micro dosing to start and it's slow going. I feel like that will help me hold on to muscle. That being said, I would like to see at least a LITTLE better results.
