Convenience at the cost of quality health care
The app is easy to use, colorful and dynamic. The response time is adequate. However the overall healthcare aspect is severely lacking. I had to stop my meds preop for surgery. Starting back was a nightmare. Numerous messages back and forth just to finally be told too much time had elapsed and we had to restart at the lowest dose and even then it took them over one month to ship it to me. The next dose adjustment was so confusing on the app and I had to send numerous messages back and forth to clarify. The doses aren’t mailed out until the last minute so I never know if I will get it on time. Many times AI is responding to you and when I wanted to speak with an actual person it took me over one week to get a response. Convenient yes, great experience definitely not
