BEWARE when purchasing from this company!! They automatically enroll you in auto-renewal without informing you, they do not tell you that your next order is processing or coming up (like every other subscription service does) until AFTER it has shipped because then, due to the nature of the product and for health and safety reasons, they know they can refuse to take the product back and thus will not refund you. I also feel as though the medicine they send out isn’t real because I noticed 0 difference other than feeling worse. They have a decent customer service team but again if you’re going to buy from here be VERY diligent with the auto-renew if it is an expensive medication.

My medicine got delayed in transit for an extra week and the company was absolutely ZERO help. There is NO customer service number. You can only email them. They will NOT go out of there way or even do the job they are supposed to do & help you. I will be canceling my subscription and finding an alternative route. This company has done nothing but exaggerate my mental health problems. Shame on this company.

Hers was easy enough to start, with a few errors that were easy enough to correct; however, after trying the meds for a while, I decided to switch to a longer treatment plan (prescription/subscription) to save money. WHAT A NIGHTMARE! I have to cancel my current subscription and start over. If they would have mentioned that changing plans would entail starting over, I would have selected a longer plan to start. I am getting conflicting messages about how to go about it and it is still not complete after a week. I am supposed to sign up on a new intake form which is not available or I can't find it. Also, the response time for the help chat has extended to more than 4 hours! I went over 24 hours with no response. I am now worried I will not be able to get my "new" subscription in time. The website needs to be more intuitive to users!

When I got my refill, they dropped me down to the original starting dose.

When I reach out with a question it takes several times going back and forth to get a clear answer and throughout that time it is rare that I communicate with the same person more than once. This is frustrating. In addition I have had non doctoral staff answer my dosage question incorrectly. While a doctor did get on to the next reply to correct it the non doctoral staff should never have answered that question they should have forwarded it on to a doctor.

I have been on my weekly injections for weight loss for one month and I have actually gained 2 pounds I am a bit discouraged

Didn’t see any results yet but nothing bad either so I’m hopeful

I’m very concerned because my hair is falling out so much that the areas that were thin are much worse. I have never lost so much hair in my 66 years. Please help!
