HERS Not Trustworthy -Be Careful
At the beginning my experience was ok. But they are deceptive with the treatment information. I paid for a 6 month plan. They provided me with 5 months of glp1 and told me that they supplied me with 6 months. I followed the amount of medication they directed. But they won't send me enough to complete my final month. Be careful to ask exactly how much product you pay for because I learned the hard way, their 6-month calendar covered 5-months of medication. Note: i did not ask for, or increase my dosage. I used the recommended amount. I wonder if they normally charge more if a patient needs to increase the amount taken to meet their goal. My syringes were not preportioned. I drew from the vial based on HERS instructions. They also hit my credit card after I specifically communicated that I was not renewing. I'm frustrated and would not recommend trusting HERS for your treatment. I will be researching elsewhere for more clear and complete care and to hopefully hit my goal. Live and learn, be careful!
