I paid $39 for an assessment specifically to access the Wegovy injectable pen, which is prominently advertised on Hers' website. After completing the assessment, I was told the injectable wasn't available to me due to my BMI — only the oral pill was offered. At no point before paying was I informed that there were BMI requirements that would disqualify me from the injectable. Had that been disclosed upfront, I never would have paid the fee. When I requested a refund given the lack of transparency, I was denied twice. The product they advertise isn't accessible to everyone, and they don't tell you that before taking your money. Buyer beware.

I have emailed several times to change my order to the shot instead of pills and haven’t received a response.

Was looking to lose 15-20lbs MAX and was prescribed a ‘micro dose’ of wegovy STARTING at 4mg. This made me horrifically sick and when I reported it, the answer was basically take tums and keep eating. They did not offer the smaller recommended dosage of 1.5mg as they should be. 4mg is way to high to start on.

They tell you it’s gonna be 149$ a month they DONT TELL YOU it doesn’t include the medication! That’s just for the membership! This stuff is poison anyways STAY AWAY!! Natural diet and exercise is ALWAYS the answer!!!! They just want you taking this stuff so their palms are getting greased! ALL OF YOUR HAIR WILL FALL OUT!!

I did my subscription for 4 months, I have followed all diet plans + exercise plans and the daily dosages for the semaglutide prescription. I was very dissatisfied with my results, instead of losing I gain more weight, I started using 2 injections of semaglutide and tirzepatide to see results and I can finally say that I’m seeing results thanks to my providers for my other prescription hearing me out that I am not new to these injections and I wanted my dosage to be raised. I have raised my concerns several times to be asked if I wanted to switched to a cheeper/worse prescription after I already paid more than $1,000 for my 4 month plan. I have felt terribly that I lost my money completely, I feel worse that I recommended my mother this as well but she received something better but with the exact same results. I’m am more than glad and willing to accept that I will absolutely not recommend HERS to anyone and bring them immediately to my other providers that have shown me great results. I had plans to reach my goal weight by June, before my wedding, but I am half way done and we are in the beginning of June. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with my results and all the hard work and money wasted I have for this company.

Convenient process to get an RX, but the app and customer service is terrible, plus the product offerings are somewhat limited. They will make shipments WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION cueing you to pause/delay, which is especially problematic since they overcharge for many standard medications. There is no customer service without using the app. They also claim they will transfer the RX to you and then make it difficult/impossible to utilize the RX in the valid window for the prescription. Other platforms have better blends/options of prescription products to address your concerns. They may be good for a maintenance RX of something you already need/use, but you will have to set your own reminders about shipments and if you have a problem, they will shrug it off and do not care that you are dissatisfied. I plan to use alternate telehealth going forward.

Its supposed to be affordable yet you wanna charge a 149 membership fee every month on top of another 149 for the script for weight loss..this is ridiculous and for ppl who dont have insurance its definitely not affordable
