The medication is not working as…
The medication is not working as advertised. I have actually gained weight despite following directions I did a search in wegovy oral last week and I found that it only exists as a compound, not actual wegovy. I doubt that I will continue this journey with Hers or on this med. Kindly, Bobbi

Worse experience ever apart from they stealing your money / I cancelled everything but apparently they wait will next month to come and still charging me / for membership that they never told me about worse app ever . Don’t used it . You’ll thank me later .

I would give ZERO stars if I could
I would give ZERO stars if I could. I took an Rx through them. I needed to pause the Rx for a couple weeks until I got paid and reached out to the customer service to skip. They instead cancelled my Rx without asking me and now I would have to start over with a new plan that I can't afford. I think they do this intentionally to get people off more affordable older plans. I have never hated a company more. Stay clear of them. They are terrible and a total rip off.

This is a scam
This is a scam. I was enrolled in a subscription and hence I cancelled the wegovy because it wasn’t working. I saw it was cancelled and the I was still charged $149. I reached out about refund and they said no. I then asked for medication as they charged me and they sent me this bs that they couldn’t and would double charge me. These guys are fraudsters. Don’t buy!

Misleading advertising
Misleading advertising. Play with words! Membership cost and medicine cost figures are so strategically chosen same to mislead. Transparency should be appreciated Say straight up First month - $39+ $149 Second month and onwards - $149 + $149 Let me decide if I can afford it or not. Half day wasted on worthless people. What’s wrong with the world?

False advertising
False advertising. Add said to try wegovy weight loss for $39 first month. I was charged $39 for a weight loss program and $149 for the medication.

It took forever to get my first…
It took forever to get my first appointment and unfortunately I had to reschedule due to a funeral and it was pushed back even farther. You pay a monthly membership plus the medication fee so I’ve been billed for two membership charges and only been able to get the medication once.
