I've been taking the prescribed medication for two months and have noticed absolutely nothing. I asked for a higher dose but they wouldn't do it until the month was out. I don't feel like they listened to me (probably because it's a bot) and I'm giving them money for nothing.

I’ve been waiting 7 days past my due date for my June medication. I’ve paid way too much money for this to happen. They have been “ fulfilling” my order since before June 1st. I’ ve reached out so many times, and everyone apologizes, and sticks to the script. Ridiculous. Buyer beware!

If I could give zero stars I would. The company misrepresents its offers and membership fee structure. Absolute worst customer service. Be very careful of what you're signing up for. They will charge you without notice.

FRAUD ALERT!If I could rate this company with negative stars, I would! Worst experience and waste of money I’ve had. I signed up and was approved for weight loss meds, but they never arrived and when I asked for my money back or the meds… I received nothing. Don’t even go here! FRAUD ALERT

The sign up is VERY misleading. The prices are made to trick you into paying separately for the membership and then the medications are separate, and higher than what is advertised. I signed up, paid the membership fee, and as soon as I logged in (5 minutes later) saw that this was way more expensive than led. I sent a message immediately, asking for a refund of the membership and to cancel due to deceitful wording. They cancelled my membership and refused to reimburse my money because I was a member for 5 minutes. Don’t waste your time or money.

Medication is not providing results I’ve reached out many times in regards and get ai automated response. Feel like I’ve wasted 1600 dollars

First the doctor didn't review my history and prescribed the wrong dose of medication. Then, the doctor fixed the perscription and a week later it shipped. The 3rd week out of a 2 month perscription I ran out of medication because they sent the wrong amount. The first customer service rep acknowledged the mix up, and told me they would send me more meds in 5 weeks! I filed a complaint and they sent me the medication, even though I missed 2 weeks. Next, I cancelled the medication and turned of auto renew. They charged me the monthly "membership" of 150$ twice before I noticed! All the while the home page of their app said no active perscriptions, and they were sending me "come back" emails. They will not refund my money and the better business bureau has contacted them on my behalf.

I want the opportunity to push off my next order and it sent anyway. No way to cancel. Can I return? It's impossible to figure out. So now I have too much and it'll be less potent when I can finally use it. I'll be ordering from elsewhere in the future.
