When I signed up for Hers it gives you options on the program. What it doesn't tell you is that you not only pay $149 for membership fees once a month in addition to $199 for the medication. Not anywhere have i been able to locate verbiage that says this. Then when you're shocked and you cancel they say no refund. Hers should be straight forward in what the consumer is expecting to pay. I was under the impression I would be paying $149 a month not $349. Lies they tell.

Started off great then went downhill. I have done the pill weigh loss program a while ago and had good results but put weight back on so wanted to try something easier on my daily life, i.e. an injectable. Filled out the intake form and a doctor said “good to go, can you confirm you ended your previous medication”. Confirmed and was ready to start again. Then their “patient support” asked me to fill out the form again, which was locked up on their site so I wrote them letting them know. They constantly replied with “fill out the form” like it was an automated system we all get frustrated with! Finally got past that just for them to change my recommended medication back to pills! I asked what happened to the doctor who said I could take the injectable and then the “patient support” would just reply to redo the intake form again! It was a circle the whole time and frustrating after the 7th time! I finally gave up and asked for my $39 initial fee back and they said since a “doctor” had reviewed and recommended a medication they could not give it back. If you want a program that has good service to back it GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Now I feel like I need pills for my frustration levels more than a weight loss after dealing with Hers! Searched their site for a contact number and it’s either hidden or not there so you are waiting hours for them to put you back to the beginning.

I signed up for the weight loss program and medication. I stopped the auto-renewal, because I only wanted to do medication for 5 months to kick start my weight loss. After having side effects with the Wellbutrin, the Dr said I could not change medications because I stopped the auto-renewal. I replied asking if it could just be restarted because I made a mistake and never heard back from anyone.

The MD that I’ve messaged with was absolutely useless. I asked two very basic questions. Neither were directly answered and instead were met with autogenerated prompts with no actual thought put into the response at all. Total waste of time.

Agreed! They take your money make you go through the review process and then when they show you the price for the medication it’s outrageous. You can’t see the prices unless you pay the initial fee. Once I saw it, I asked for a refund of the initial fee because I no longer wanted to proceed with the medication and they are denying me. This is such a scam!

I am not seeing results. It's very simple. I could stand to lose 40 pounds. My goal is 25 pounds. I have been on this program for over eight weeks and have only lost six pounds. I am throwing my money away.
