The app always has to be reloaded every time I use it. And when I do it goes straight to the AI chat page. I don’t always need to talk to somebody especially AI.and the scale never Bluetooth properly.

Liked: immediate responses to all messages and questions over several days. Disliked: when Hers said I was ineligible for oral tablet, someone filled my order as Topical, and was charged for it, before I fully confirmed with my providers the interactions of oral minoxidil with other meds. When I finally got provider approval, Hers said I would receive my 1st order in November, 2 months after confirming. This was for a refill when I had not yet received my 1st order. Finally, on 9/4/26, when I received message that order was placed for oral tablet, I never received email with order #, and had to keep following up.

I don’t love the new design of the app. It makes it a lot harder to find prescription updates or track orders. I preferred the old layout much more. It’s also confusing trying to cancel a meal kit because it makes it sound like I’m cancelling my entire membership.

I need more time before I can answer this. I was on vacation the week it FINALLY showed up. I don't like that I was IMMEDIATELY CHARGED & it didn't show up before I left. I'm thinking it was 7 - 10 days? Idk? I believe its working 🤔 I know I use to much... but that's just me. Ask me next month about my experience. Hopefully I'll have more info for you. My first 10 months with HERS was successful, and I lost significant weight. Then -- total plateau (not unique to HERS, I know). But recently I learned that prices will more than DOUBLE, with separate fees charged for "membership" and then a"subscription" (for the actual medication) that will cost $1,678 and $2,388 respectively. That's more than $4,000 toal for a year's participation, vs. $1,980 per year all-inclusive, the current cost. I echo what someone else wrote about the AI assistant -- really irritating -- although I *think* I heard from a thoughtful actual individual once (but was it real?). In any case, nothing can change the facts of a stratospheric cost increase. It's a big disappointment.

I got my second round of medicine a week late

I have tried to cancel and no one it always gives me an error and when I chat on line they say try it for a little longer I just want to cancel

So far everything has been easy and great other than the questions and follow up. When I have a that doesn't need a medical response, i am directed to ai responses that have not helped and there is no way to go around the ai. Also, when follow up does happen it initiates with ai, i respond to the ai and then a human follows up with the same questions. The human should follow up with additional questions not the same ones. It feels too repetative.
