I signed up for health tips and ended up trying a weight loss medication. After more research I decided against using the medication and canceled the subscription, or so I thought. It did not cancel and a 2nd medication was shipped along with being charged again. I have canceled again, this time for both the Hers subscription and the medication. Previously I tried to keep the Hers. This is not for me. And now I am at a loss of $250. The push to try the medication is aggressive. Other options should be utilized.

I'm really having second thoughts about going throuh HERS. I've been on the Minoxidil for 4 months with positive results. My refill was placed on August 19th, and today is September 10th; I still have not received my refill. So I'm forced to quit taking it for a month?? Doesn't seem like a good idea. Earlier this week I signed up for the GLP1. I have no invoice for the breakdown of the fees, so I'm concerned. Especially now that I read there is a monthly membership fee I knew nothing about. My other concern is that since I have waited almost a month for the Minoxidil refill, what will the wait time be for GLP1? I can't imagine that the FDA would approve of the mishandling of timely refills.

Very inflexible with their own error which they admitted twice by two different departments. The company lacks the integrity to work with their customers or demonstrate goodwill in any capacity. I do not appreciate being billed an additional month of $349.00 due to their sloppiness in communication amongst their departments.

I’ve been doing this for almost three months and the last two orders have been late. So trying to stay on target is a waste of time because I can’t even get my product on time each time I have to keep switching my date. I’m supposed to take it consistently, but that’s not happening. And when they get notified they always blame the Pharmacy and I check in like I’m supposed to timely and they’ve yet to be on time. To me that’s not acceptable because this is what they do. They should be timely when they’re trying to help people lose weight and for me they haven’t lived up to what they say, so I can’t say I’m happy with them since this is second time in 3 months. Not a good record so it’s best for me to probably go with somebody else that cares about helping me and getting the stuff to me on time so I can stay on track. Thank you.

Price increases every month for a different reason every time. App is not intuitive and lacks shipping details.

Price increase by almost 50% after just my second month. In addition to having to pay for a membership I didn't want and I don't need.

Every month so far I’ve had to deal with the AI messaging agents for hours to try to get my prescription over to the pharmacy. They won’t let me speak to a real doctor until I’ve called the pharmacy to confirm they never got my prescription before they’ll message a doctor who then puts it in as soon as possible. I don’t understand why when I check in every month that I have to find out the hard way two weeks later that my prescription was never sent even though I did my part. A few more months of this and I’m moving on to another service.
