I wrote a similar review a month ago and then took it down because they tried to fix the problem which was sending the wrong dose of Wegovy. I just got my next month‘s supply and they did it again they sent the same previous dose instead of what the doctor wrote. It’s extremely frustrating, especially now that I know I can only use it for three months because they are now charging $1999 a month for Wegovy… EDIT: they responded immediately and will send correct pens, but dose is already missed for this week. SECOND EDIT: they did not send the correct dose after all their website shows it’s still being filled. Here’s the disturbing part. The first time they did this the doctor instructed me not to take two shots of a lower dose. This time, unsolicited, a provider suggested that I take two shots of the lower dose. When I asked why the doctors disagreed a third doctor said that doubling the dose would be “fine“. I’ve never had a medical provider give medical advice that started with “fine“. I feel silly for trusting my health to an online site that has proven unreliable and I’m quitting this drug now

Customer service is lacking. several different "practioners" respond to inquiries...they do not coordinate their response based on my messaging history. I don't beleive they read my existing medication list and overpresicribed anxiety meds. I would not recommend this company. Very dissatisfatisied

I exercised 4-5 times a week for 30-45 minutes, got at least 7 hours of sleep nightly, and got close to the recommended 100g of protein each day. I really believe I lost weight because of that and not the medication. Very disappointed.

I’ve been taking it for about six weeks now, but I haven’t noticed any kind of improvements of anything. I know it takes time so I’m just trying to be patient but I get emails pretty often and they’re kind of just junk.

Terrible shipping, my medication still has not arrived. I have been tracking it all over the united states including my state where it just left and is now on way to Texas. Its been 2 weeks and noone to talk to for help. Yet i was charged immediately. They use cheapest method of shipping USPS which is the absolute worst. Sitting in the heat and probably not effective anymore. Looking to cancel and try another company.

The meds came quickly. It was easy to sign up. Unfortunately my providers did not respond in a timely manner and did not respond directly to my questions. When they did respond, they would ask questions which I had already answered or give advice which was inconsistent with the information I provided. I asked to speak with someone and they never acknowledged the request. This is not personalized healthcare as there is not much of a person on the other end unfortunately. I searched to find another place to give feedback and this was the only place I can find. I would like someone from Hers to reach out to me as I would like to make sure the company knows how hard it is to get help from their providers.

This stuff does not work. I've been taking semiglutide for 4 months and have only lost 4lbs. With diet and exercise nothing. I've have had constipation, bloating, and heart burn. I am completely disappointed. I waisted my money

I’ve seen no slow down in my rapidly continuing hair loss. I’m aware it take time, so I’m hopeful it will begin to slow down soon before I lose all my hair.
