This company is a complete scam. They advertise a $39 first month, take your money instantly, and then deliver absolutely nothing. No evaluation, no prescription, no service just a demand for an additional $139 that was never disclosed upfront.This is blatant bait‑and‑switch fraud, and they’re preying on people who are trying to get help. I paid for a service and got zero in return. Now I’m reporting them for deceptive business practices and warning everyone else to avoid this company entirely.Do not trust them. They take your money and give you nothing.

Number one your app don’t work try to get help but none. I didn’t appreciate that. Number 2 not a day since I started nausea was everyday. This past weekend was so sick almost went to hospital. Number 3 did my research and this is not good for you. Should have really looked into better. Glad you all are making money making people sick. Spreading the word

I initially signed up to explore your services and determine whether they could meet my healthcare needs. However, within 24 hours of enrolling, I realized that Hers was not the appropriate platform for my situation and that the medication I needed was not available through your service. As a result, I contacted customer support immediately and requested cancellation of my membership within 48 hours of signing up. Importantly, I did not use any of the services provided by Hers, did not receive a consultation, and did not receive any medication or products. Despite this, I was informed that the $39 fee would not be refunded. I find this policy both disappointing and unfair. Charging customers for services they never used and products they never received, particularly when cancellation was requested almost immediately after enrollment, does not reflect a customer-focused approach. In my case, the payment was made under the mistaken assumption that Hers could provide the treatment I needed, and I acted promptly to cancel once I discovered otherwise. Given that no services were rendered and no products were shipped, I respectfully request that Hers reconsider its position and issue a full refund of the $39 membership fee as a gesture of good faith and fair customer service. Very misleading advertising. falsely advertises a selection of multiple medication's at prices that are definitely not the prices you pay and also advertises their membership as an all-inclusive package, including those medication's, which is also definitely not what you get. "Customer service" is absolutely terrible and they will simply stonewall you if they don't want to talk to you even after you've paid for the service. Zero out of five stars would not recommend.

Too expensive. Fees charged in excess of what I thought I sign up for. No way to talk to anyone about my account. No customer service for support.

I reached out twice via email will a billing question and no one ever responded to me

I am so frustrated with this company and their customer service and feel they were VERY misleading and have essentially stolen $149 from me. They don't tell you that after the initial $39 membership fee that you will then be charged an additional membership fee of $149 the next month in addition to the $149 for your next dose. Also, they tried to charge me for the next dose basically 2 weeks after starting. They overdraft my account and when I asked for help and finally got some help, they just refunded the medication and canceled my membership but told me the $149 membership fee was non refundable. And instead of asking me how I wanted to proceed, they stole my money and when i asked to just not cancel the order for that one month, they said they could not do that since my refund was processed and membership was canceled (mind tou mt account is still overdrafted due to it taking 5 to 10 days to get the $149 back for the medication). So i am out $149 for nothing for a charge that is not clearly told to you upon signing up. Additionally I gained 5 pounds the first couple weeks and so what did I get from this whole bullshit experience? Extra weight and a loss of $149 that they get to keep. STAY AWAY from them!

I was prescribed medicine that I didn’t agree too. I paid for all of it because they tricked me about the cost of it. I took it for 3 days about 6 months later and had to go to urgent care. I’ve tried to change my prescription or get a refill and nothing has worked. I get a different “doctor” everytime I get a message. I extremely suggest people to stay away from this company. It doesn’t seem to help in anyway, only hurts I’m not against people using pills or injections to better themselves but this brand doesn’t want to help you
