I was charged $149 twice for wegovy on june 10 and then June 11. I have not started the one order of Wegovy that i did receive. I never ordered a second shipment of wegovy and never received one. The second charge of $149 is fraudulent. I want my money back.

I signed up and almost immediately regretted it. They forced the higher prescription (Zepbound) for me as an “approved prescription” even though their website says they offer others… and they also said I couldn’t change or switch to WeGovy (the cheaper medication- go figure THAT ONE wouldn’t be approve) after another representative who I spoke with on the phone said I could. Oh, speaking of calling them - I had to search Google high and low to find the customer service number and waited on hold for an hour before someone picked up….Just for them to tell me that I had to wait for the doctor to message me back in the portal and that it could take 24-48 hours for a response. This is all within 2-3 hours. I’m canceling immediately once the doctor or whoever answers the chat, and advises how to cancel this membership. I’ll take my chances with Ro

I started semaglutide through Hers a year or two ago and had to discontinue because I was having allergic reactions, not their fault, no big deal; I wanted to switch to tirzepatide to see if I tolerated it but they didn't offer it at the time, fine! I cancelled, they refunded me. Now they advertise tirzepatide on the site so I sign back up. I clearly voice my allergy on the questionnaire that supposedly "matches you with a suitable glp", it matches me with semaglutide anyway--what? Okay I will switch manually... But it only offers a choice between wegovy pill and wegovy injection (semaglutide) despite advertising all different glps--excuse me, what? I call and the customer support reps say it's okay just select one of the wegovies for now and reach out to your assigned doctor through messages--absurd but okay whatev. I approve the rec, I then pull up messages and see that the system already sent info to the doc about my allergy... There is an auto response prompting me to select semaglutide IN RESPONSE TO THE ALERT ABOUT MY SEMAGLUTIDE ALLERGY--wt actual f. I message personally explaining and asking to be switched, I get a response from the next doctor saying I'm approved for... SEMAGLUTIDE. What the **** is going on at this place, is this company run exclusively by bots at every level? update: a third doctor finally actually reads one of the countless messages about my allergy and understands what's going on, they apologize and say they are cancelling my wegovy subscription so I can get approved for tirzepatide--good god are we actually about to resolve this?!?! They then pass the case back over to (automated?) customer service who redirect me back to the same intake form that only lets you select wegovy--you have got to be kidding me. Aaaaaand now no one will even respond to my messages. Hims/Hers is the pits, it's run by actual slack-jawed, drooling morons. The ceo Andrew Dudum should be ashamed, Andrew Doodoo.

Please tell me why I was charged $199 on June 6 and another $149 on June 8. I should only be charged $199 per month.

Don’t see any difference. It’s way too expensive. I think I’m going to cancel the product.

I started the wegovy pill at 1.5m in May. Since then I have been hungrier than ever. Prior to this I lost a significant amount of weight using the injection. I went from 226 to 165. Since starting the pill I have gained 5 pounds. Something isn’t quite right about that. For $149 a month that’s crazy. I asked about the injection and was given the price of $349. To gain weight? No thank you! What a scam.

Customer service is the worst! You can only reach out via messaging through the app and you get automated AI responses that don’t help. You will never talk to an actual person. I have used them for about 7 weeks with no results. They cancelled my account by mistake and told me to sign up again thus charging me the monthly fee 2 times in one month and refuse to reimburse me. It’s a total scam! I am out a lot of money with zero result. Don’t use hers! Update: I responded to them immediately with all my account information and never heard from them again.
