I have enjoyed the meds and the easiness to use. The directions and information on the sight is great. However I can’t give it a 5 star rating as the pharmacy part is unreliable. To follow a program with fidelity you need the next shipment at the appropriate date to stay on track. I should not have to repeatedly ask about shipping or delays.

Week 8…. Having Faith
I’m on Week 8 and have been following all the guidelines and am only down 4lb. I feel a bit discouraged but I appreciate how supportive the team has been and plan to stick it out for a while in hopes of seeing results a little further along. I have just seen others have success so much quicker and I’ve felt defeated at times.
