After spending nearly $4,000 with Hers, I’m not even angry anymore, I just feel disappointed and honestly a little foolish for trusting the process. I paid $898 three separate times and then another $1,200 for my final order because, as a mom of two, I truly believed this was going to help me get back to feeling like myself again. What frustrates me most is that when I raised concerns about the formula change and the results I was experiencing, I was simply told to reduce my calorie intake. Had I known the formula had changed, I never would have invested thousands of dollars into this program. I’m sharing my experience because I wish someone had shared theirs with me before I made the decision. If you’re considering spending a significant amount of money, do your research, ask questions, and make sure you understand exactly what you’re receiving. I can’t get that money back, but hopefully my experience helps another mom make a more informed decision than I did.

ordered diet pills from Hims and Hers in May. They charged me 39.99 and I thought that was the membership. They also charged me 149 for the product and shipping that month. In June on Monday they charged another 149 and told me it was for the product and shipping for the month. This morning they charged 149 again. I called and now they say that 149 is for the membership. It’s really confusing and I feel like it’s a scam because they never explained clearly that they’d charge me for membership and product separately every month. The product doesn’t work for me either. Be careful if you buy from them. Check your card charges closely because they change the explanation for the charges.

I am on compounded semiglutide since January 1 and I am finishing up the vials I still have. I have lost 3.7 lbs!! Unbelievable! Started at a very small dose and am up to the highest level they have recommended. I cannot believe that I am getting any kind of a real drug for weight loss. Previously in 2024/25 I took Tirzepitide from a local company and lost 25#s, Gradually after going off of it I started gaining the weight back so I contacted HERS and started their program. What a waste of $1200! Nothing! I felt as if they were sending me sugar water. Voiced that opinion to them and just got a lot of mumbo jumbo from them with an increase in dosage which did nothing. Needless to say I would not recommend this company. Wish I had used the local agency I had the first time. Lesson learned the hard way.

I am being over charged for my delivery I started the program on 4/21 at $39 5/5 I was charged $149 5/20 I was charged &149 5/29 I was charged $149 6/19 I was charged $149 I would need to speak to someone immediately to fix theses charges

Compounded semiglutide is good for 90 days tops once mixed, however I was shipped all 6 vials of my 6 month supply all at once. Make it make sense. I just keep getting the run around from Hers as I am messaging them asking for compensation.

Dont get fooled by the 39$ membership fee. After the 1st month you will pay149$ monthly memberahip fee plus the cost of medication! 300$ a month!? That is crazy! I would of never agreed to a 300$ monthly cost of weight loss medication. Sad to say I researched multiple companies, I really thought Hers was the Best One. As soon as I seen that second 149$ come out of my account, I called customer service, I thought it was just a minor mistake. I was told it was my monthly membership fee! WHAT? leaving my account negative till next pay. All I got was sorry for the inconveince, and you didnt know thatthere was a 149$ monthly membership fee. There is nothing I can do. I told them to cancel my subscription now! The service rep said ok no problem but still nothing I could do about your money! Beware! Of those Fees, I guess if it sounds too good to be true it is.

The advertisement for the program is misleading. The monthly cost is doubled by the medication and membership fees.

They've charged my for my prescription but won't send me the medicine until I check in. Problem is...they send me a check in notice about every three days and I check in constantly. I've asked them countless times to fix this bug and they've so far failed to do it. They lamely respond "you can just ignore the emails." However, they won't send the medicine until I check in so I have to respond to all the emails. Here's my update: the issue has gotten worse; they've made no attempt to correct it, and they literally responded "I do not have an estimate on when this may be resolved." (7/5/26)
