Extremely shady business practices. If you see a link that says "learn more" apparently that means "our company would like to learn more about you and tell you nothing, then ask you to pay $39 without telling you what you're paying for." In retrospect, I now realize that every positive review for Hers that I've seen is actually satisfaction with GLP treatment, they say little to nothing about the experience with Hers. I was looking for discount providers of GLPs, and wondering if there is a price difference between Wegovy and zepbound and compounded versions, so I fell for the "learn more" trick right up to where I couldn't go any further without giving them my credit card info. Honestly, "pay $39 now" with ZERO explanation of what you're paying for. It's ridiculous. Why won't companies just offer a product at a transparent price and let the consumers decide if the price is worth it? Why is it necessary to trick people? Likely because you know your service is overpriced. NEVER email me again.

My medication refills was supposed to be delivered yesterday June 19th It was already charged to my account Thursday the 28th. I haven’t received. I’m supposed to have my weekly dose today. What is going on??

Once the insurance stopped paying for my Wegovy prescription, I looked into other more affordable options! Hers pays good money for advertising, but not everything is clearly explained! From their advertising campaign I understood that you pay $39 for the first month and after that is $149! I was happy with the deal, I made a logged in account and paid the $39, just to find out that actually this is for subscription, not for the actual medication! I canceled the subscription right away, and asked for the money back… I have never, ever received anything back from them! So, they stole my $39 very conveniently! I guess they forcibly made me pay for their advertising campaign!

2 years ago when I first started they actually had humans responding to you. Now it's complete AI and cannot for the life of you to get a human or anyone remotely human to respond to you. Once I got my first delivery of my weight lost medication it was impossible to get any real help, refill updates and delivery was a nightmare, I was bounced from doctor to doctors to just be given back to an AI platform. No one knows what medicine I'm on. Delivery takes weeks. HERS is a joke. Edit fof the For Hers team: My original refill was V7Z1KNJUXzg. I was bounced from AI to AI to AI then various doctors. All I ask was when my refill will be fulfilled and shipped. I was told someone will reply to my within 5-7 hours but took days or until I followed back up. This happened across two weeks. Then another order was created tCPfIsUryk, but never fulfilled. I checked and checked again but AI responses but enough so I filed a back charge. I just want my refill!
