I feel like I get too many questions I loose track of when the last time I wrote how things are going I understand more communication the better, but for me it’s not necessary I have asked for less medicine as I was late getting started, but the doctor didn’t listen So that’s partly what made me pause I have plenty of product

Unprofessional responses. Removed my current medication regimine from the app and replaced it with the upcoming one several weeks before those medications were even shipped out. Then it took me several tries to get the staff to even understand the issue - they expected me to tell them what my current regimine was instead of them just looking at my "chart". Unexceptable behavior from doctors.

Not losing quickly

I am not loosing the weight as expected. I've only lost a few pounds over the past 2 months so at this time it's not worth the cost vs the weight loss.

There was a lack of clear cominication over if my refill of semaglutide would be available and my question for needing a refund if hers was unable to supply was dodged multiple times. Hers was unable to refill my semaglutide 1 week early (I was going to be out of town that week). I am also not getting great results from this medication so far I've only lost 17 lbs after 6 months. I don't like having to pay for a whole year supply at once to get a decent discount. This medication is still very expensive and I will unsubscribe and go elsewhere because I am not getting the results I want and the customer service is very lacking.

I voiced concern about being placed on Wellbutrin at the beginning, yesterday I broke out in hives all over my body: this has never happened to me before. The doctor told me to stop taking the medication, but didn’t offer up a solution or a financial benefit. This whole program has been pretty lame.

I’m really disappointed. I’m halfway and I’ve only lost 8 pounds. I feel like I can’t get past 162 lbs. it’s not working for me. I’m eating lighter and doing light exercising.

My weight loss journey started in July and I wanted a Year's worth of this product. I ended up with just 3 months and I saw that they had sent me the wrong package. Because it had already shipped it was mine and too bad. Now I got an email saying it's going to automatically renew September 10th. It's close to $400 a month. I am thrilled with the product itself I've lost so much weight I've lost almost 15 lb. I am thrilled about that. The product works it's safe and I swear by it. I am extremely disappointed that my journey with this company is going to have to end and I'm scared because I have no idea which one I'm going to trust but I know that hers.com their product works. I'm not sure why my order to begin with was not what I asked for. I'm devastated and heartbroken because I wanted to go through here but I cannot afford it now. I give two stars because the product is wonderful and the guy that I called on the phone tried everything he could to help me change my plan and could not. I really wanted it to be you guys but I can't afford it and I'm sad that you guys didn't get it right to begin with. my journey is not even close to being over but sadly it's over. My dream of losing weight has come to an end and it was not my fault. It was yours. I am a gigantic social media celebrity. I will be sharing my experience with millions of people all over the world. I will also be contacting the better Business bureau about what I've gone through and why you guys are not competent enough to listen to your customer when they are ordering from you and get it wrong because it messed up my entire plan. I feel pretty devastated right now and if you guys couldn't help me when I called to get my order correct or somehow integrate my plan to work for me then you're definitely not going to work with me now. The difference is with me? I have a gigantic effect via social media. I will always say your product works but I will warn them that you got everything about my order incorrect and it costed me. Not you. My dream of losing weight and being on a program for a year was shattered. Thank you but no thank you.
