Stay far away from this company. The subscription process is very shady and in the end I paid almost $200 for the weight loss program for literally nothing. They charge you $149 per month for nothing. If you don’t choose a medication they will continually charge you even without you receiving any kind of services in the meantime. Extremely disappointed in my experience with this company.

The app doesn't work. No one ever contacted me just wrote script. Refilled without contacting me. I am unable to find the order number on my refill.

Started taking oral Wegovy about 3.5 weeks ago. The next refill was scheduled for 6/18. By 6/24, the app was still showing that the medication hadn’t shipped. I only had 3 pills left and was concerned the medication wouldn’t be here on time. Emailed back and forth with a representative who also stated the medication was still being processed. So now I will be going quite a few days without having the medication. That’s very bad business especially when the medication takes a while to have a therapeutic effect. Will be canceling my subscription.

I was excited to get started on my GLP-1 journey with Hers, but found they are very limited in there medication. They charged me 6 months upfront and put me on a very low dose which did nothing. I had to beg for them to up my dose and they were reluctant. It would take days for back and forth communication. I lost 14 pounds in 6 months which was disappointing because other people I know on other programs lost twice as much in that amount of time. I am sure there are better companies out there for your weightless journey.

I scheduled a lab appointment through Hers, followed all the instructions, fasted for the required blood work, drove to the Quest location, and took time away from work. When I arrived, Quest informed me that they did not have my lab order on file and were unable to help me. I immediately contacted Hers through their messaging platform and also sent an email to customer support. I received no response by email, and the only message I received through the platform came about 8 hours later. Even then, the response did not resolve the issue or provide any meaningful assistance. As a customer, I expect basic coordination between Hers and their lab partner, as well as timely support when something goes wrong. Instead, I wasted time, missed work, and completed an unnecessary fast for an appointment that could never happen because the lab order was not available. Overall, this experience has been extremely frustrating and has left me with very little confidence in the service.

In my case, I never spoke with or had any communication with a licensed medical provider. The only thing I knowingly signed up for was the $39 membership, and I didn't even receive any benefits or information related to that membership either. When I contacted the company to dispute the $149 charge and request a refund, they refused. I found them extremely difficult to work with and unwilling to resolve the issue. Please read everything very carefully before signing up with this company and monitor your credit card statements closely. This was my personal experience, and I would encourage others to do their research before enrolling.

I had a reaction to medication on HERS. I discontinued the program. Then the next month they charged me for the full amount of another shipment . A) they never sent the shipment they charged me for B) the program was discontinued. They refused to refund my money ! Completely taking advantage of people!
