hersReviews of forhers.com

The product does not work and they trick you into a 5 subscription that's $395 each time. I got ripped off! Don't fall for their BS. I know that I didn't ask for 5 more subscriptions as I would never do that for something that I've tried before. I feel cheated out of my 1st $395 and now a 2nd $395 for a product that doesn't work. My account name is under Cathy Bianco.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Hers and their billing practices. I originally subscribed to their services for the Wegovy pill at the advertised price of $149 per month, plus the subscription cost. After two months with no results, I contacted customer service. A doctor then reached out by text and moved me to the injection pen, clearly stating that the new cost would be $199 per month. I have now received my second month of the injection pen, along with an invoice showing that next month’s charge will be $349. When I questioned this, I was told that the $199 price was only an introductory special. That was never disclosed to me. I had multiple conversations with their team, and at no point was I told that the $199 monthly price was temporary or that it would increase to $349. Even more frustrating, Hers acknowledged that I was not informed of the price increase, yet they still refused to honor the price I was quoted. They also did not offer any meaningful resolution. This is not acceptable. Customers should be clearly informed of pricing, especially when dealing with recurring medical subscriptions. A company should not quote one monthly price, fail to disclose that it is temporary, and then raise the price later while refusing to take responsibility. Based on my experience, I would caution anyone considering Hers to be extremely careful. Get every price and billing term in writing, because their billing practices feel misleading and unfair.

I was on the 1.5 Wegovy pill for 4 days that’s when the nausea and vomiting started. I messaged asking for nausea pills and letting them know I sometimes pass out when I throw up so it makes me anxious to get sick. They immediately deemed me a liability to their program and cancelled my membership and next order of pills. When I asked for a refund they sent me their terms and conditions and said they do not give refunds. So BEWARE of them just taking your money! Very untrustworthy business

Not losing weight

Price went up significantly. The increase in medication was miniscule the 2nd month after I told them it wasn't working. I question if I even got wegovy. I gained 5 lbs.

I strongly encourage you to read the reviews on Hers. They WILL charge you more than they say, falsely advertise and to be honest, I'm not even 100% sure what I received was even Wegovy. It did not work, and they will tell you $39 but will charge you that PLUS $149. Then the next month, you will have (2) $149 charges on your card, and they will not give it back. This place needs to be stopped. They got me for $469 and I will not stop until we get our money back from this company. Update: I have screenshot all correspondence where I repeatedly asked what I would be billed and it was repeatedly disregarded. The question was avoided or the answer was very unclear. More than once the response seemed rehearsed and avoided actually answering the question clearly.

HERS sucks! It’s a complete scam. I brought a membership but quickly realized it was a mistake so when I tried to get a refund they denied it . I haven’t spoke to anyone about a care plan so it basically feels like I just gave this company $39. I rather just eat right and work out to get back in shape it’s not hard. I would Never recommend this company to anyone!

False advertisement, very misleading… they charge you a high subscription fee AND then you have to pay another $149 for the meds. This was not clarified. Within a few hours of paying the subscription, I requested a refund. Customer service was not helpful at all, and refused a refund. I will be reporting them to my bank, this company is a scam.
