I have not lost a single pound in a month and a half. I get redundant emails. Also, every time I participate in a chat I have to repeat information. I would expect that the medical professionals and/or AI would have my information and history available to them.

They charge monthly fee of $ 149 they only start of $39 first month for membership no meds included; they continue to charge you every month there after $149 a month as a memebership fee does not include medicaton!! I had no idea I received nothing and signed up for nothing. If you look at the score there are 24% 1 star reviews! A lesson learned, read reviews before going on line. These memebrship charges on top of medication once at higher MG levels is well over $6000 plus a year. They charged my card several months at $149 and refused to refund, except 1 month only. I never signed up for medication, don't fall into this trap. For me Ro was much better company to work with, real people to talk to and get meds from. J Wallace

I did not lose any weight with the shots and when I tried to cancel they are giving me the run around on refunding my credit card the balance of what I didn’t receive. You can’t ever get a human to respond to your request just an automated response from an Ai generated reply. After my review I was issued a refund. I do not want any further communication from the company. they already have my full name email and phone number. They have finally started to respond to my request for a refund after this review.

My daughter and I made an inquiry into this program for her to use. We signed up for a membership but then she changed her mind. After logging in, we were unable to see any subscription to cancel and thought we'd done something wrong and maybe it had not started. The next month, I was charged $149. Logged into Hers again and there was nothing, so I thought there was something fraudulent going on with my bank account. Two more $149 charges, and I couldn't get my bank to do anything, so we contacted Hers through an obscure messaging system, because I was still unable to see a subscription or any activity on the account whatsoever. I went round and round with someone who probably has no authority. Hers has agreed to cancel our (what I call a "ghost") subscription and refund the latest charge, but they are refusing to refund the other three. So basically they are keeping $447 for absolutely NO service provided. That's quite a way to fund a business! The FTC has cited "violations of the Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act (ROSCA) by obscuring refill dates - and putting up difficult, multi-step barriers to cancel subscriptions"! Ya think?! I have contacted the FTC to file a complaint.

WARNING! This is a very expensive treatment and when they mess up they do not correct it. I was supposed to be sent out the increased dose, they charged me for it but sent me out a lower dose and would not resend the correct dosage. You will go in circles with their customer “care” team and they will contradict themselves. There are SO many lower cost options available, I HIGHLY recommend choosing a different provider. They’re the most expensive and you don’t even get the benefit of good customer care.

Hers has completely doubled their prices by tacking on a mandatory $149 monthly membership fee. For what? Absolutely NOTHING they do in any single month warrants this kind of charge. This isn't a premium service—it is a textbook case of taking advantage of vulnerable people. Someone in corporate clearly realized that the demand for GLP-1 medications is sky-high, and decided people would just swallow the cost because they feel trapped. It is predatory, greedy, and unconscionable. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!!

I never received the order

GLP-1 medication is a joke. Felt like I was injecting saline. I was filling up pretty much whole syringe by the end with the medication and not feeling any change. I do not recommend. Totally ridiculous. It felt like I was scammed.
