I would not recommend this company to anyone. They don’t tell you they charge you the FULL AMOUNT up front. So you end up with a bill OVER $!000. Then if you try to cancel, you send in the request, and they return an email saying “you have been cancelled”, but 2 months later they shipped another order, without you asking or updating your information to the, for review. Then they charge you for the shipment, even though you didn’t order it. They say since it’s already been shipped they can’t do anything about it. I haven't updated my info/results over a month, but they send you a dose anyway. it seems their requests for updated information is requested automatically, (may be sent using AI) but they don’t follow-up with you to ensure you’re being safe and following recommendations. I’ve stopped sending my updates because they don’t look at the ones you send to them. You get an automated email to update your information, if you don’t they do nothing. You just get another message again to update info. I have lost weight, but I don’t know how they could manage your prescription without contacting you for results.

I do not want this medication (Wegovy) anymore. I do have to many side effects from this medication. Thank you Stella

i still have not lost any weight. ive been taking the medication for 4 weeks. i think i may have got a bum batch.

Not really healthcare. Just a drug selling clearinghouse. Needed additional medication for a trip out of the country and they will not provide it. Will not even send my next refill a day or two early so I receive it before I leave. They seem fine with letting my whole treatment plan lapse for 6 weeks. Or I can get it from my pharmacy without insurance for an astronomical cost that I cannot afford. Be warned

Extremely shady business with unethical policies that aim to fool customers into paying for nothing in return. Customer service is terrible and it is impossible to talk to a real person. I wish I could guve a rate of -10, because this company is so terrible. I will most likely be filing a dispute, since they ignore my repeated refund requests.

It won’t let me cancel. I don’t want the pills

I have not lost a pound. I'm starting to think these pills are not the real thing or expired. Something is definitely not right. There is no loss of cravings or hunger. It's too strange and I've almost finished taking the 2nd Rx of 4mg dose.
