I received an offer for Wegovy 4mg, first two months $149 discounted from $199. I messaged and said I can't find the 4mg option, only 1.5mg option. Dr. Maribelle Estrada-Gauna responded: "You do qualify for Wegovy 4mg daily. After you complete the intake, add your preferred RX in the comment section. We can change the Rx on our end." I did exactly this and was told I would only receive 1.5mg startingn due to gap since stopping glp-1 several months ago. That doctor should never have said this could be done if it couldn't. Okay, I asked how I could be guaranteed the discounted 4mg price later if they won't prescribe it now. I received no reply at all, NOTHING. Customer service is terrible. I don't recommend this company at all.

Very hard to actually get in touch with a person when you have a problem AI can’t answer

Signed up for the annual subscription. The meds made me ill and due to changes in my health my regular medications changed. I did not continue the program, did not answer a single email from them about my health, but a month prior to my renewal they shipped more meds and billed my credit card over $2,300. I immediately contacted customer service because it is against Federal Law to send prescription medication without having updated medical information. Plus it was a month before my renewal. They don’t care. They only refunded a percentage of the money. Beware.

I canceled my membership and medication subscription on June 30. On the same day, I also sent feedback through their system that the medication was making me sick. Despite clear cancellation confirmations for both the membership and medication subscription, Hims & Hers charged my card again and shipped more medication on July 2. I immediately opened a complaint. Their response was that the membership fee is non-refundable per their policy, even though I had already canceled before the new billing cycle and reported adverse effects. I am now stuck with medication I cannot and will not use, plus an unauthorized charge after cancellation. Their customer support has not provided a refund or a return shipping label.

I would not recommend getting a compound GLP-1 from this company. I've spent 3K and only lost 7 pounds in 4 months. I have tried their program 2 times now. When I contact the care team, which consists of "office staff" they offer no sound advice. Once I do get in contact with a physician, Dr. Joshua Hourizadeh, he wants to prescribe wegovy or zepbound. I am now filing a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. They also do not require any blood testing before starting the medication which I find dangerous if you have an underlying condition you do not know about. They look forward to hearing back from me but yet leave no contact information and they do NOT have my information so not sure how they will “look into it”???

I canceled my prescription due to low doses taking months for me to see a result. They acknowledged my cancelation but then charged me for another month 10 days later. They refuse to refund my credit card.

This has been, by far, the worst customer service experience I've ever had. When I first signed up, I was prescribed a treatment that simply didn't work. Even after I had already paid, I had to spend over a month messaging their support team almost every single day, practically begging them to adjust my prescription. Only after weeks of constant follow-up did they finally send me a different medication. Now it's time to renew my prescription, and it's happening all over again. I've been without my medication for more than two weeks because no one will process my refill. I message them every day, and no actual person ever responds. The only thing I get is an AI chatbot telling me to "please wait." This is completely unacceptable. These medications require continuity, and every day without treatment affects your progress. The company has no reliable post-sale support, no sense of urgency, and no real customer care. Once they've taken your money, you're essentially on your own. I would strongly recommend choosing a different provider, one where you can actually reach a real human being when you need medical support. Hers has one of the most frustrating, unreliable, and disappointing customer experiences I've ever encountered.

Initially I had a good experience. I completed the initial forms, got a quick approval from a physician, and received medication (for weight loss) in the mail. I took is as prescribed with little problems, but saw no results. I wasn’t discouraged because I thought the next dosage would be more effective. When it came time for the new dosage, Hers charged me for the medication before I received it, then delayed shipping it. When I noted that it was scheduled to arrive weeks after I had finished the first round, I got two AI responses that said “we know this might cause anxiety.” No offer to expedite shipping, no solution. Finally, I cancelled the subscription and the medication. They refunded me $299 for the meds (that I never received in the first place) but refused to refund $149 for the subscription that I couldn’t use because the meds were never delivered. They claim that because I was approved for the next dose, I wasn’t entitled to the refund, despite the fact that their error prevented me from continuing the treatment and made the first round (and $200), a complete waste of my time and money. I’m now hearing from many other women who have had this experience. This company scams women.
